I rown a company that uses ATVs and UTVs daily. So far, weve bought all of them from Elliff Motors in Pharr. I cant imagine buying somewhere else, not just because of their prices but because of their customer service. I dont write reviews often, and even less so, thank someone for taking my money. Never again, bought a trailer and had bolts broken on trailer and tires over inflated by 25 psi Other side. Valve stems didn’t line up, the didn’t even touch it after 3 days. Took it back for them to get boards swapped all they did is drive new bolts down and never called back again for the replacement boards . After a month I had to go pick up the plates all the way to Harlingen . There all for you to spend 22k but after wards they won’t even rotate a tire, I told them their service wasn’t worth #####Just go buy direct not worth the mark up

Purchased new 2021 Ranger with good sales service. Salesman communicates well. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars because light switch mount was broken (salesman ordered) and headlights were not adjusted properly (had to do my self). Not a big deal but it’s new and should be inspected. Most machines are on back order but other than that smooth process.

So disappointed:( in august 2020 I purchase a Rzr 570 with warranty.By mid march2021 it was not turning on no more. We took it here at Pharr location on April 2,2021 Rzr is still there every time I call they are always busy, lunch break, and then after few weeks they call me and said that warranty was not going to cover nothing because dirt went in. They want to charge me 14 hours of labor for $110 the hour plus 1,400 in parts and also another 700 dollars for opening the motor :( it’s so sad when u are doing the purchase they treat you really nice and make it seem that purchasing the warranty is going to make it easier. Not even 7 month with the Rzr. When they took me the Rzr home back in august one pipe was loose all the dirt was going in thru there we thought it was suppose to be like that because that’s the way they gave it to me. so we were using it like that all the dirt was going in thru there we didn’t know the black pipe had to be attached to another one.Update: Jerry gave me a call. he is taking care of me and he is going to do his best to help me out and fix my issue. I really appreciate that he took his time to call me and help me out.

Horrible customer service. Would not recommend anyone to make business with Eliff motors in Pharr, TX. When I initially came in to purchase a Polaris Sportsman I was treated nicely, but as soon as I drove off with my new ATV everything changed. I took my ATV in for service and and we were told someone from service would call us with a quote, we waited 2 or 3 days and I called them back, no answer. Then the sales called me not to give me an update but only to tell me he hadnt gotten my discount from the Heroes reward for healthcare workers, so I told him that we hadnt gotten a call back with a quote. He then transfers me to service and the representative from service was very rude with me. He told me that I didnt have to be calling in for the quote, that he would call me once he had it. I then told him I hadnt called and that sales called me and I asked him if they had a quite for us already. He again told me when I have the quote, I will call you. The next day he calls my husband with a quote and my husband gave the ok to order parts, they told him the parts would take 7-10 days to get here. So here we are almost 3 weeks later and I called my sales again yesterday, no answer, I sent him a text message telling him I was very disappointed with their service and that I was going to leave a review on the web page and right away I get a callback. He called me back just to tell me he didnt have an update but that someone from service would call me with an update. A few minutes later someone called my husband just to tell him that the parts were on back order and they wouldnt be available to order until mid February. No one told my husband this when they gave him a quote and he gave the ok to order the parts, he was even told the parts would get here from 7-10 days. Very bad customer service. This has been a very unpleasant experience. They just want your money! I will be picking up my ATV and taking it elsewhere for service. I do not recommend this place. There are many other places selling ATVs. Check their reviews before making a purchase.

Incompetent parts and service dept. John, who I spoke with, tells me after 6wks of still waiting that they just found another small issue and they need to order another part? Sure take your time dont worry I bought my Polaris just to keep it in the garage, I NEED IT for work!!! Guess diagnostic work is all they do! Also, trying to add needed services when in the first place where working well and did not even went in for that! People in this kind of service take advantage of alot of customers but not me. Neever take your Polaris for service here! Make things right managers

This review is long over due and finally took some time to leave a review. I purchased my atv back in july of 2018 and they were great when it came to purchasing my atv. My biggest issue with elliff was when my atv was making a clunking sound, which made the sound since i first got it but didn’t think it was a big deal since it was new and had warranty for 6 months. Since i would not use my atv and due to work, it took me a while to take my atv into the dealership to get it checked out before my warranty expired. When i finally had the time to take it, my atv only had about 10 miles of use. Left my atv for service and they called me about a week later and told me my atv was ready. I arrive to pick up my atv and they tell me it was about 140 to replace my drive belt. I explain to the service rep that my atv has warranty. The rep then explains that it was a wear and tear issue so warranty would not cover. I then explained to rep that my atv only had 10 miles and could not understand how that was possible, he rep explained that since i would drive my atv on high and low speeds at time it wore out my belt. Still couldn’t believe it with only 10 miles. I then told the rep that no one called me to explain that the warranty would not cover and explain to me the charges, then ask if i wanted to move forward. We argued back and forth for a bit but he finally agreed to put the original belt back in so i had to go back to pick it up another day. About a month later get a call from elliff claiming i have an outstanding balance, explained the situation and claimed they would fix the issue but kept getting calls and letters. My biggest issue is i couldn’t believe my warranty did not cover my atv, glad it wasn’t a big issue

No customer service. Horrible place to do business. Not deserving of one star. Sales team are not knowledgeable with what they sell just a bunch of YouTube ninjas. Sales and management are more focused on putting people in units they can’t afford and running credit checks for window shoppers. Than doing business with cash paying customers that’s know exactly what they want before they even walk in.

🚨🚨🚨After several disappointments I am writing a review. 🚨🚨🚨Sadly I have experienced horrible and unprofessional service! I have been a loyal customer to Elliff motors for a while now despite of their work ethic. I bought and serviced my trailer here a numerous times. After I serviced my trailer here Ive have multiple problems. A week after I replaced all 4 drums of my trailer my tires came off the axle with drum causing an accident. Elliff motors does not stand behind their technicians nor their work. They did not take responsibility of the work they performed. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR TRAILER HERE!!!!! Rated zero stars!

👎Elliff in Pharr, Texas 🚨 Y’all sold a couple of trailers to a friend and they do all there work on them. Last time y’all worked on one of the trailers y’all messed it up bad. What’s worse is the fact that y’all didn’t stand behind your work and that is not ok! I just want y’all to know you have been put on blast! The hotshot community is a tight group and you will be seeing way less sales and way less work because of your choice to screw this person over. If you should decide to redeem your self and make good on the situation there might still be hope for you. Be advised that along with being put on blast you are also being turned into Big Tex trailers for them to decide wether or not your actions were unscrupulous. Look into this please and make it right.

As the service manager says cash is the same as credit but when you pay credit they charge you a fee..after paying almost 10k for trailer and them wanting to charge for a board that went bad a little after the 90 day warranty never doing business with a again...as if they were the only trailer store in town...f..k them manager never around and never called me back...Ill take my money else where never again ..
