VERT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I DROPPED OFF A COMPANY VECHICLE LAST TUESDAY (ONE WEEK TODAY) IVE BEEN CALLING & LEAVING MESSAGES EVERYDAY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM ANYONE!! VERY DISSAPOINTED. IF THE CAR WASNT UNDER WARRANTY I WOULD DEFINITELY TAKE IT ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 09/07/21

On a previous visit, I was told they were too busy to inspect the vehicle for additional issues not pertaining to a recall. It turns out there was something wrong with a headlights and a recall was issued. The parts were not ordered so I have to come back a 3rd time for the same issue because Hyundai of Pharr doesnt have time for customer concerns.

Took my car in for servicing and was told that my vehicle needed a new water pump and that it would be ready by Saturday. I dropped it off on Thursday and when Saturday comes around the car isn’t ready. I would have been okay with this if they would have told me but they didn’t. My service advisor didn’t even give me a courtesy call apologizing for the delay. He was very unprofessional and didn’t answer any of my phone calls either. I didn’t get my car back until Monday afternoon! I had to go an extra two days without a car.After that they tell me that my vehicle needs a new alternator. It’s a coincidence that they say this after I had paid for the water pump and charged me $455 for labor!Why do they tell me this after I had paid for the Diagnostics! Why couldn’t they have told me that the first time?!?! Worst dealership experience I have ever had nobody should buy from Hyundai!

Dropped off our vehicle with Josh on Thursday for a check under the hood, we were told vehicle would be ready by Saturday with the new part installed and we never received a call. Come Monday we walk in to pick up the vehicle and the consultant told us there were more issues with the vehicle than previously talked about and tried to sale us more parts. Disappointed.
