They sell The Happy Planner, I drove all the way there just for this. They had other versions of The Happy Planner-Budget for example. I was about to buy that one instead. They are colorful, and they help me stay organized not only chronologically but also by color. Color coding is important to me, therefore this is the perfect planner for the new school year.

I had never been to a Joanns store before and I think Im hooked now....the store was so clean and the employees are not just friendly, but they are helpful and make you feel welcomed. They have so much more than just the fabrics I thought they did. I will definitely make this one of my go-to craft stores!

Fabrics are in good supply, but as far as crafts are concerned there wasnt a lot to choose from in my opinion. Very basic things you could easily find at a walmart.

This store normally has a lot of items needed to work on any craft or sewing projects one may have. Lately, I noticed that the store is understock with a lot of things missing from their shelves. There may be a supply shortage or they are discontinued merchandise, but please remove all those old price tags from your shelves. They look pretty awful for the store appearance. One more note: regular price on this store are always expensive, so one piece of advice - use their discount coupons.

Helpful staff and great prices

A wide variety of fabrics, notions, crafts, and so much more. I found fabric to cover my patio chairs for $3.99 a yard!!!! Snuggle fabric also priced at $3.99 a yard. Their sale on trim and threads (buy 3 get 2 free) is unbeatable. I can spend the whole day there just browsing! Gotta go make my patio chair covers! Thanks Joanns!!!

Wow Halloween seems like it came and went prior to it being Halloween the store items were scarce but good Discount regardless and military discount was a great bonus!

My four sewing classes at JoAnns in Pharr, TX have been very good. The associated pictures were taken of class projects and homework assignments. If youve always wanted to learn to sew, JoAnns in Pharr is a good place to learn.

I liked they had many supplies available. But the customer service was very poor. The cashier didnt even greet me or ask if I found everything I needed...first time customer there....she failed miserably at first impressions. When I questioned about a price she gave me a deer in headlights look and shrugged me off.

The lady that helped but the fabric was very nice and helpful. Only problem I had was when we went to pay. There was a guy behind a counter but was doing something and wasnt ringing up anyone. There was an older couple in front of us that was just waiting to pay. Then another employee came up to check them out. Seems ridiculous that no one is at the register full time, but maybe it was just that brief time when someone needed help in the back.

My dog chewed my couch. I had to patch this horrendous corner. Surprisingly, they had the wine red suede fabric I needed for my couch. The lady was so nice and cut my fabric for me. She was a great multitasker that day and even directed me to get what I needed through all the isles. The shop is clean and well organized and the decor is beautiful! I would highly recommend coming here.

Joanns is usually my go to store for yarn and fabric BUT last week a sales clerk told me that EMPLOYEES get FIRST DIBS on fabric...after I asked about Dallas Cowboys fabric. I was told it was sold out and only sold in 1 yard pieces I called the store to get the district managers name and phone number and all I got was the district managers first name. Whats the store hiding? Does corporate know about this practice? So much for customer service.

Occasionally I need something that is available here at the best price. I had a coupon, so that made my purchase very reasonable. If I did a lot of crafting type things this would probably be a store I would frequently visit. They have lots of great ideas. Staff was helpful and friendly.

4/10Online and phone message says they close at 4. Get here at 3. Sales clerk says no more customers without a valid explanation. If stores are going to close at a different time then they need to change their messages on line and phone. Online orders even if I’m here will not be processed until next day. Very disappointed to drive a ways to get here. Bad customer service!!!

Usually get my perler beads here, they always have so many. Havent found another place that has that much of a selection like they do. Plus side at times they have sales of the beads, so thats usually a nice surprise. Other than beads they have a nice selection for crochet hooks and I guess youd call it string Idk. My sister usually goes for that, along with our mom.

My first time at JoAnn Fabrics and I had a great experience. They had workers everywhere around the store, and each one eager to answer any questions I had. Very large selection of items at a reasonable price. I recommend.

Im glad that they opened one of these stores in the valley. They usually have good sales and discounts. Their products are pretty good in quality and they are not as expensive as othet places. They have a very wide variety of fabrics which is great because there is a lot to chose from. The staff is friendly and they are helpful too. Coupons are usually available online but they do print them out on ads too. Over all experience with them had been pleasant and Ill be a customer here always.

Cash register is always super friendly but if you have a question in the back of the store about coupons, prices or cut fabric, just forget it. I really dont want to have you cut me 10 separate half yards of fabric for my project only to find out my coupon doesnt work on that fabric. Would be a waste of time and the stores money when I sent it back.

I have been hanging out at this chain ever since my wife got her cricut machine or whatever it is called. It really started out with her Happy Planner stuff and it evolved to the cricut stuff.

It is so nicely stocked! Friendly fabric helpers and cashiers. Some thread/yarn restocking in progress. Hope the crochet thread variety is in for an expansion!

I love Joanns and am so happy it returned back the valley. The fabric and yarn selection is plentiful. Its a true craft store, smaller in size than hobby lobby, without most of the home decor. I personally love that its smaller & the customer service is great.
