Loved it! Got a Brazilian and I was nervous, but the receptionist was friendly. My wax specialist was professional and informative. She really made it as pleasant as possible. They recommended an exfoliant and a cheaper plan for my monthly services. I cant wait to get a few sessions under my belt and start seeing less hair!

Total opposite of the Nth 10th location. Ive gone here 3 times and have had only 1 positive experience. I think theyre both managed by the same owner, so Im not sure why the front staff at the Pharr location is so unprofessional or why the estheticians cannot seem to perform their job -- it makes me wonder if theyre licensed. They know they made mistakes and dont even offer discounts or additional appointments to correct the mistakes. I would avoid this location all together. Maybe the owners care more about the Nth 10th location than this one.

Omg, I can’t say enough good things about this place! Janie has been my waxer since I moved to this area and she’s always been professional and kind. I’m so glad to know that this business isn’t mandating vaccination and letting their employees choose what’s best for themselves and their families. I don’t like supporting businesses that take away the rights of their employees. If you’re uncomfortable, go somewhere else. This business has the best atmosphere and doesn’t need the division and discrimination so many other businesses are choosing.

Not too bad for my first time. Staff is very professional I got waxing services with Jaine she was understanding, made me feel comfortable and was very nice. She was able to answer my questions and made my experience as convenient as possible thank you! Front desk receptionist was very Proffesional made sure I was taken care of also very nice thank you for a great experience will be back soon.

Outside of the wax center is a small table with a bottle of hand sanitizer on it. Dont be misled by their window dressing for COVID precautions. It all ends at the door before you enter the salon.I had my mask OFF and was in a small airless room with Janie who told me that she didnt get the COVID vaccine because it came out too fast (like SHE is some kind of a medical expert on the length of time needed to develop a vaccine) and that some nurse told her that it wasnt effective. Sorry, but this type of information should be made available to clients when they make an appointment. Had I known this in advance I would never gotten in a small windowless and airless room with an unvaccinated person! To me, this is critical information that a client deserves to know.So my recommendation to one and all, is to ASK if your waxer has been vaccinated, if it is important to you. I find this very irresponsible corporate behavior especially since a waxing salon is a very intimate setting. Being in a restaurant is one thing with an unvaccinated person but in a small enclosed setting- NO- it is just not acceptable.

Monica is the best for any waxes and the reception staff is always great. I love it here!

Went in for a Brazilian, Eva started then said she didnt have time to finish and suggested I schedule a TOUCH UP appointment so it could be finished. NOT HAPPY.

I had a great service experience. The receptionist is very friendly and took the time to explain the service pass they have. Mari did my service full face, underarms, and brazillian wax. She left my eyebrows on point! She made me feel very confortable. I will be coming back soon and would definitely recomend her.

I love it here!!! I drive from Harlingen over to Pharr because I enjoy it here so much. Ayla (I think that’s how you spell her name) is the best, she always fits me in and gets me right!!! She makes me feel so comfortable too. Also the guy at the front desk is super sweet, too. It’s always great seeing them both, highly recommend it here.

I got a Brazilian wax from Mari, and it was honestly great service!! She made me feel very comfortable, relaxed, was clean, fast, and professional. The Brazilian wax did hurt a little bit than other waxing sessions Ive had elsewhere, but that might have just been a pain tolerance thing on my end. She got every bit of hair though, so overall, good experience!

Got my Brazilian done by Mari! She was great! Really friendly and fast. What I really loved was that she got every bit of hair! Leaving a lot of hair behind is an issue I’ve had at other wax centers. I was extremely satisfied with my visit.

As a first time client I made an appointment for a simple full face wax just to see what their service was like. Kay waxed my full face very quickly and painlessly! I was so amazed by the professionalism, quality and comfort of the service provided. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be visiting again soon and would recommend to anyone wanting quality service.

Mari will make sure her job is done correctly.Alexis is always professional and makes sure I had no issues with my visit.They train their staff with great precision.If there is something thats not done right, you do have 2 days after your visit for the beautician to correct it free of charge.

First time at EWC. I highly recommend this place for a Brazilian wax with Kay(Karina). She did an amazing job! We had a conversation from the time I stepped into the room until the time I was out so that made me feel really comfortable. She answered every single question that I had for her. And walked out with products. 😁 I will be back....

I called multiple times during opening hours to try to add services to my first visit and reschedule an appointment but nobody answered and you arent able make changes online :(I was pretty frustrated, but then the manager gave me a call and apologized. She was able to get me squared away and offered a discount on my next visit because of the inconvenience. I cancelled an appointment I had somewhere else because pricing was going to be better here.When I actually physically arrived for the rescheduled appointment, the attendant decided to go back on what I was told. I was supposed to get chin and brows, but they were going to charge me $20 more than my original quote. I decided to only get the brow, and they ultimately charged me an additional $9 from what I was supposed to pay.Not a good look either-the shape didn’t go with my face. NEVER coming back to this location.

My wax technician, Denise, was super professional from the get go and really informative, she did a great job making me feel comfortable, it being my first time. And yes the place is super clean! Also the service was so quick, I mean lightning quick, couldnt believe how fast I was out of there. I will say one negative thing that I definitely didnt like and I think definitely needs to be noted, the front office clerk, though she was helpful when I wanted to know about products, when it came time to ring me up she basically blurted out nice in loud for all to hear what service I had gotten!! I was freaking mortified, I dont know how she didnt get the hint when I went up to the desk and was whispering when I was asking questions about the service. Other than that, that totally embarrassed me, it was nice.

I was serviced by Cass on Sept. 29, 2017 for underarm and upper lip, was extremely satisfied with their professionalism and CLEAN environment. Its been 3 weeks now and my underarms are still very clean from minimal hair re-growth. Highly recommend this place to any one thats looking for wax services.

I always go to EWC and I would say this location is pretty awesome. I would recommend Jaclyn she’s the best! She makes you feel comfortable with waxing (and you know it’s painful!) she’s really great at what she do and very detailed and attentive.

I love our exclusive comfort blend wax! I was honestly a little skeptical about how great people said it was, but after getting waxed by our awesome wax specialists I can honestly say Im hooked!! I have super sensitive skin and I didnt experience any of the redness and irritation that I usually do with other waxes.

I went in for my an upper lip and brow service. The brow was supposed to be free bc i was a first time guest and the promotions aopkied blah blah. My brows are spares in some areas but for sure can be cleaned up. I’ve been getting them shaped and cleaned with wax for over 20 years. I do mostly threading these days but I needed a lip wax. She basically said two things, they couldn’t really do much and she suggested that I grow them out and and as far as my upper lip it was going a little beyond my upper lip would another service. Annoying, don’t recommend. Headed to my threading salon now and elsewhere to get an upper lip wax. Thanks for wasting my time last :)
