Walked out after guy refused to help me cause I wasn’t wearing a mask. Even though he was behind plastic barrier. Oh but he talked to me first about the tool oh and of course he would sell me a mask. What a tool.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE!! NOT ONLY ARE THEY RUDE, THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO REPAIR. I TOOK MY PAINT GUN TO THESE PEOPLE,MY WARRANTY WAS RUNNING OUT, I HAD NOT USED IT FOR ABOUT 6 OR 8 MONTHS BECAUSE IT DID NOT HAVE PRESSURE. WHEN I REALIZED IT THE WARRANTY WAS RUNNING OUT. MARY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 1 WEEK TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT AND TELL ME WHAT WAS WRONG. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS, AND MANY EXCUSES ABOUT THEM NOT HAVING A REPAIR PERSON AND A MONTH LATER, THEY TELL ME MY MACHINE WAS ONLY DIRTY THAT IS WHY IT DIDNT WORK. MY HUSBAND IS VERY CAREFUL WITH HIS THINGS AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE FILTER HE FORGOT TO CLEAN AFTER HIS LAST STRUGGLE WITH THE THING. THE ONE ON THE HANDLE. THE REST WAS ALL CLEAN!! AFTER 2 MONTHS I WANT TO PICK UP THE MACHINE, THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT CHARGE THE WARRANTY BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE MACHINE.. I GET HOME, MY HUSBAND TRIES THE MACHINE AFTER WAITING FOR 2 MONTHS, NOTHING!! MACHINE STILL DOES NOT WORK!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A RIP OFF!! I AM OUT A $550. MACHINE, TH E WARRANTYAND THE 95.00 THESE PEOPLE CHARGED ME. ...........WATCH OUT!! AS SOON AS THEY HAVE YOUR STUFF THEYLL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AND DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX THINGS. THEY ARE MALE SHOVENISTS THE MEN THAT WORK THERE... RUDE AND HATEFUL.... THEY ADVERTISE THAT THEY HAVE FRIENDLY SERVICE, WHAT A LIE... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
