Greeted loudly and kindly as soon as I walked through the door, was asked for assistance was needed as I walked in, greeted with a smile, friendly service, store was neat and clean, aisles clear, lots of merchandise in stock, very organized. Bravo to this store and the team management for providing such Excellent customer service!!

5 below, is the best store ever. Great to find cool stuff and stuff ur face with candy. The ladies working there were extra nice. Which is always a plus. I will definitely come again...

Went here for the first time. Was very happy that we get greeted by the staff members. Place was clean. They have hand sanitizer by the door when you come in. Everyone is wearing a facemask. Makes you feel safe.

Hadnt been here in quite awhile. I love their exercise equipment, t-shirts, games and books. I found many little gifts and sticking stuffers.

Lots of interesting things at a very affordable price. This location is often crowded and understaffed, so it can get pretty messy sometimes. The store in Mission is larger and has many more items to sell.

I had my hands full with my two small children when I went in. An employee by the name Amy was so kind to me and helped me to my car with my items so I could carry my kids. Absolutely the best customer service! She went out of her way to help me and I love the store. Fantastic experience all round!

They do not respect their holiday hours. Have been waiting outside the store, a few people have already left and they do not answer any calls.

I will NEVER go there again! One of my friends knew l needed a new cord to charge my cell phone with and was going to go to a Verizon dealer to get one. They said, go to Below 5 and you can get them for a dollar a piece and they work well. I went to the store in Pharr, Texas. They all said, 5.75. I asked the employee if all of there cords were 5.75. She said, yes, no matter the length or color. I bought one and with tax l paid 6.01. The carry out sack even said,1$ to 5$. My check out slip said the same thing. I feel this is false advertising. The cord did work well.

Great store l love it my nieces and nephews love it too, If you havent been or heard of this store you just have to check it out for yourself. They sale great things toys, books, exercising equipment, make up there is more but I wont finish if I keep on going. 😂 You wont leave without buying anything Thats for sure.😀 Well I hope my comment helps in some way.😁

Love this store but came at a time where there was too many people that were making a mess and smelled funky. Its funny how other patrons is what makes/breaks the shopping experience. I didnt see any workers helping on the floor, just some coming out from the back and in the cashier area where there were all 7 registers open, 1 with the light off but was still helping people pay.

This place is very unique to me in the way of what they have for customers. You can find food, toys, snacks, books, phone accessories and so much more. The main issue I saw was staffing but didnt seem to wait too long since the line moved pretty quickly.

I had such a great experience in this store. All of the staff was very friendly and the store was very clean and well-kept. At the check-outs, the cashier was very prompt with the service while still providing excellent customer service.

Most stuff isnt below 5 dollars any more. In fact a lot of things you can get there for5.55 you can still get for less somewhere else. You might not think paying an extra 55 cents for 1 item is a big deal. But they do

Nothing different from any other five below. Staff is courteous, location is convenient, and environment is attractive. Just needs a better selection. Its 5 bucks, so quality is what it is.

I would say its the same as a Dollar Tree or Dollar General or a Family Dollar but smaller and kind of in disarray.

We love this place!! They always have super great things and I always end up buying things from here even when Im not planning to.. I love their magnets, books and their art supply section. Only comment on this specific five below is that their bathrooms always smell putrid(weird for a recently built location) and they dont always have hand soap or paper towels which is really gross and unsanitary.

My kids love this store! Its awesome. So many things to see. You can spend hours there. Where was this place long ago lol

This store basically has everything you need for $5 very affordable indeed, unless your worried about the quality its pretty decent I gotta say for the most parts. When I have a chance to go I usually explore the store looking for something interesting like a kid in a toy store or a candy store whichever comes in mind.
