Newer store. Had the battery we needed and they prepped it for us the night before, which was great because we had a 40 mile drive over to get it. They were the only ones who had the battery we needed. Thanks!!!!!

We stopped for a watch battery. Very nice sales people. Told us about specials on AA batteries. 24 pk $8.99, which is a very good buy. We were offered a lifetime on battery replacement but since the watch was inexpensive & may not last very long, we opted not to take it, but a good buy if you own a high end watch. Have gone there before & always get great service.

This beautiful sweet lady with a cute accent helped me. Needed to change a battery for the laser on my gun. She looked the entire store over, to find the little tool needed to get to the battery compartment. She did not give up until she found it. I felt bad that she had done so much work for a $4.95 battery. So I looked around for something else to buy and she showed me every flash light. I wound up getting a $47 flash light. I am more than happy. I felt like I was the only customer and my needs mattered to her more than me. Never been to this place before but I WILL go there again. Also they sell car batteries and change out phone screens. Good find!

The battery I purchased was dead and had to wait 24 hours so they could charge it. Came back the next day and was told the battery had a bad cell and wouldnt charge and all the other batteries they had where also bad. The positive was they had the battery I needed and the technician there was very friendly and courteous and he is why I am giving them a three star and not a one star.

What a wonderful store and customer service. Needed a new phone battery, but didn’t have receipt. The battery was replaced at no cost. The caring of this store is how it used to be. Will shop here again.

I ordered the battery I needed on-line and received notice that it was available at the local store the next day. It was waiting and ready when I arrived and fit my vehicle just fine. I will see how it holds up under use.

Was just like advertising.. Ordered on line got my 10% discount went the next day and picked it up havent used it yet but seems great.. Like the made in America and the 48 month replacement doesnt get any better than that !!

Best place to get your batteries. Best Buy was charging 3X more to replace and install a battery on I-phone. We paid less than $100.

A very good experience. I found the 2 batteries that we need. They have a extense variety of Inventory. The salesman was very helpful, because he have a great knowledge of the productsand he sell me what I need very fast.

The technician did a fine job of replacing my iPhone battery BUT when I went to pay, they would not honor the $10 off coupon that I received from Batteries+Bulbs when I scheduled my appointment online. Was it a Bait & Switch ploy or were the counter employees really that uninformed?

I am quite disappointed with my transaction as I purchased 6 new batteries for my golf cart but when I installed them I noticed that four of them were actually 2016 models. When I mentioned this to the manager he said that is the way it works. I think when you purchase new batteries you should receive this year models. To do otherwise is very poor business.

Battery was good no problem but the Pharr Tx store staff were not very friendly or helpful.I had read reviews that they were very good but the reviews I read were obviously not the Pharr store.

I bought a battery for my motorcycle online for$129 but had to drive 40 miles thru Christmas traffic to pick it up. The one I ordered was not in stock after calling to confirm they had it. Clerk found one in stock just the same, only difference is the stocking number. Turned out the positive/negative posts were reversed and would not fit my Buell. I drove another 40 miles to return it (now up to 160 miles total). I finally got the right battery for $89 at OReilleys. I give BPB one star for a cheerful refund.

Way overpriced and impossible to reach by phone. People were nice enough when I stopped by but wanted $136 for a battery I found elsewhere for $30.
