We absolutely love the tile we purchased from American Carpet and Tile in Pharr. We worked with Lilli, Nellie, and Flo. They were all so helpful and nice. They helped us get the best deal for what we wanted. We went with the 7x24 tile - Amazonian Cliff and we love the way it turned out. We highly recommend them!

Amazing selection of flooring, great customer service and knowledge

Have been working with Lilli the last few months on picking a master bathroom shower tile and also outdoor patio tile. Lilli has been great to work with in choosing tile, grout and installer for our projects. Would highly recommend giving Lilli a chance to help plan your tilework in the future. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Absolutely love our new tile.

Excellent Flooring selection, Great staff

We just recently purchased, about a month ago, and are now the proud owners of new wall to wall carpet from American Carpet in Pharr, Texas. Having a house full of furniture we had dreaded the process, 😫 fearing it might be as difficult as moving 🤔. But you reassured us, and a bunch of young, smart, strong & very knowledgeable guys, with wisdom beyond their years, came over got the job done. We made it a point to be gone. They did an absolutely excellent & marvelous job!!! 🤩 Thank you Lilly, Nelly, and all the wonderful staff of American Carpet! We got so much more for our money than the other local places we shopped!!! Im a small home builder in Texas, The people here are friendly & eager to help. Their prices are competitive & workmanship is excellent... I highly recommend them.

Beautiful but expensive

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a store like this. The people are very rude and unfriendly. We were quoted 2 different prices with in two days, or quote went from 402.00 to 900.00 . do not recommend this place to any one!!!!
