Was looking for a few accessories for a lil toy ( hehe ) he said toy .anyways just wanted to say that not only did the sales personnel help me but actually gave me some advice and safety tips and even told me that they would help w the installation of the accessories even if I didnt buy them there (lol) maybe he was in a good mode that day. Staff was friendly and willing to answer questions. Due to COVID and other issues, gun supply has been rough but once we entered we found what we needed.The whole process was smooth. It helped to have a license to carry, which made it even faster.Weekend afternoon rush was evident but staff was quick and fast. We purchased a Charles Day AR 12S, since we had no luck online. Price was very reasonable. Purchase even came with a free box of ammo.

Bought a gun one day for the wife and she did not like it. We never fired it and she just took it out of the box to look at it. We went the next day to return it and they told me there was a restocking fee. The salesman the day before was supposed to tell me that and he didn’t. On the receipt it mentioned nothing about a restocking fee or that you couldn’t return it. He then said there was a sign outside the store that mentioned the fees so I went to look for the sign. There was no sign so I asked him to show me where it was and he couldn’t. He then said it was their store policy so I asked to see that policy on paper and they didn’t have it. I asked the talk to the owner and he was even worse than the salesman and was even rude about it. He said if I wanted to go after him legally to go ahead. I’ve bought hundreds of dollars worse of parts, ammo, knives, etc. I told him he would loose a customer and he didn’t care. It’s your choice to shop there but I just wanted to let you know the type of person. The owner is. Some of my close friends have stoped foo g there since they heard my story, so he Lhasa lost more than one customer for his horrible customer service.to make matters worse they messed up there so called new computer system so they couldn’t credit my credit card. His attitude changed to being nice and apologetic for there error. So I had to except their errors buy the still charged me the restocking fee Danny’s Pawn shop in downtown McAllen are much nicer and always help me when I need to order something. Farewell Glick twins.

Big selection of handguns and rifles. They carry many sights, gear and just about anything firearm related you could need. The staff is where you get to really appreciate this place, they are very knowledgeable on just about everything to do with firearms and always willing to share that with customers given that they aren’t too busy. Great place to buy firearms weather you’re new to the scene or a seasoned firearms enthusiast.

First time gun buyer and a great place to do it at. The customer service was on point, friendly and the whole process was quick and easy. I believe the gentleman that helped me was John, a fellow Aggie, and he was able to give me a lot of insight on different guns and which one would fit my needs. Took the time to help me find a holster that fit my gun as well.Didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. Already looking for another gun and will definitely be coming back. Prices are a little bit cheaper than other places I’ve visited, PLUS, some items that they have are on sale, making it a plus. Highly recommend.

Every employee that walked past me actually asked if I wanted any help.I only wish that we werent in the middle of a pandemic so I could buy more......

Dont have a gunsmith. They have lots of guns I wouldve bought one if they wouldve kept me in the store for a bit longer time. The counter guy as quick to say they didnt repair.

Glock Twins has a very large assortment of guns and other outdoors equipment, although it is a bit more expensive than most. Looking for a Glock, not much chance of finding one here though. Sales people are helpful, honest and knowledgeable.

Pretty decent firearms selection and gun sales attendants are very knowledgeable and customer friendly. I seem to always return even though I once stopped to window shop just to waste an hour in between doctors appointments and was rudely brushed off by the front staff. I have purchased several firearms and supplies over the years. Not every visit will be a purchase. Im not sure if they are too comfortable cause theyve worked their for so long or just not properly trained??? I have to say this was a one time occurrence but none the less I felt it should be addressed. Todays visit was welcoming and pleasant. Only purchased a knife and some ammo today. I will still remain a loyal customer.

My dad used to take me here as a kid once a while, this place now that Im older I realize is really overcharging for a lot of stuff. Their FFL transfer fee was 55 bucks but got the same thing from a reputable and highly recommended FFL for 20 bucks elsewhere.

They are price gouging during the pandemic. Charging $150 over retail for a Glock. They should be ashamed.Update: To your response. I was quoted $150 more for a glock. Where Academy, Bass Pro and Lone Star guns had for regular retail. How is that not price gouging?

A lot of guns to choose from New or used, the staff is very friendly. Due to covid-19 gun prices have gone up do keep that in mind.

Super service. My daughter and I came in to buy her first weapon. Chuck was the salesperson who helped us. He was super patient and helpful, and answered all our questions thoroughly. He helped her select the right gun for her and she is so happy with it. He made sure when she left she left with the right weapon. I cannot say enough about how great he was. We will ALWAYS go to Glick Twins and ask for Chuck. I have heard they are all amazing but Chuck is our go to guy.

I traveled from Brownsville to purchase ammunition. Upon entering the store a man asked if they could help, told him what I was looking for, gave him a bullet and the man NEVER return nor gave any indication of whether to follow him or to wait there & he kept my bullet. After 10 minutes, I went to the counter in the back and waited, not being acknowledged by any of the workers, there were 3 of them. I only got serviced because workers saw that I was not going anywhere until I got my bullets. I was very disappointed with the service and I will not be shopping here ever again.

Purchased my R25 GII here @ a fantastic price... Staff member I made purchase with, was very helpful. However when picking up my rifle, I dealt with a different staff member who obviously has social skill issues. So customer service is hit-or-miss... all-in-all I would make another gun purchase here. If I need advice or a firearm needs service/parts, Ill be shopping elsewhere.

The Staff on the guns section are very helpful, and they are willing to answer all your questions, they take the time to make sure youre happy with your purchase. On the down side its the 3rd time the cashier acts like shes in a hurry and pretty much its pushing for the costumers to leave. Very rude!
