Love their coffee and pastry goods. Excellent customer service. Sometimes the waiting time can be lengthy but if you have the Starbucks app, you can order ahead of time and just pick up when you arrive.

Drive thru wrapped around the store and ended up going inside to a practically empty store. Girl working the front was very pleasant and nice. For this time being as crazy-busy as it was, she had a smile in her voice and cheerful attitude. Yummy drink and pastries, thanks for the kind gestures!

Very nice little Starbucks. Although is busy, it doesnt really seem like it. Other times is not busy at all. They always seem to have customer at the drive thru. Nice friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick service, even with a smile sometimes. This particular time the girl preparing my drink was not to friendly but its only been once, so understandable. They dont suggest or offer you anything else. They dont introduce, if any new items. Clean restrooms and nice patio. I dont ever have a problem with parking since i prefer to park and go inside.

This place is getting better. Employees are more engaging and make your experience personal. Someone is training them well in people skills.

What can I say? Its Starbucks! Okay, I can say it was my first time at this location and the store was quiet, clean and unremarkable. In earnest the only thing I found odd: this store charges more for an iced tea than the store on Jackson. About a dime more. I was surprised enough to comment on this to the Partner, who denied different pricing. I pointed out that I purchase the exact same drink from my regular store, almost every day (for the past year) and know quite well the prices. I am guessing the difference is either a difference in local taxes or a glitch in this stores POS device. 🤔

I will not be going to this one anymore, the line is always super long and the drinks have no flavor and today they didnt even put whip cream on my two drinks. Im just not satisfied when I go through here the ones I get at Starbucks inside Target or Barnes and noble are always good. And quick.

I would not come back to this Starbucks place I came on Mother’s Day may 9 and I ordered a coffe and a snack the snack was all burnt on the top side and cold in the inside the drink was okay. The next day I come and order the same thing the snack was okay but the drink was badly made so I complained and they offered to redo it but when they gave it back and it came back bitter.

The staff is nice; but they are often careless with the elaboration of the products, they add ingredients that you said you did not want, such as sugar; or you order a drink and they give you a totally different one.

This starbucks is close to my home but I rather drive to the one by jackson or on McColl Rd. My ice coffee is always a disappointment when I take a sip of it. They ask me what I want in it yet they give it to me black.

I’ve been to a couple Starbucks locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley and I kid you not the customer service at this location on Ridge in Pharr tops them all! Every single time I go the customer service is above and beyond and even when they may be out of something they always try to compensate. I will Continue to visit this location. Also the manager or one of the managers (not sure) is always there front lines!

Depending who’s making your coffee tastes will vary. Sometimes they remember to put candies on the caramel brûlée. Most of the time they will forget and the drink tastes different. I made the mistake of ordering a drink late at the window. I could hear a blonde girl get upset because the cashier accepted the extra order. They then proceeded to make me the nastiest caramel brûlée ever. I’ve watched them make certain coffees before and they will skip steps. This greatly affects the taste of the coffee. If. they are busy avoid this place, they will rush through and make you a sub par beverage.

Our order was wrong.. Ordered 2 venti hot pistachio cream and 1 Venti chocolate chip Frappuccino and instead of the 2 cream only got 1 and othere was pistachio latte. Was a happy mistake as the pistachio latte was even better than the cream. Very fast service too. So even if order was wrong it was still very good. Only down side is pistachio cream doesnt taste too much like pistachio. Was expecting a drink like the pistachio drink from tea rush wich is a favorite of mine. Next time Ill get a pistachio latte.

They charged me my order twice, I tried contacting them, they never answered the phone. Ridiculous!

I love going to this location! Every time I go, my order is exact, the staff is very nice and the interior is very clean. Ive ordered different drinks and bites, and I have not been disappointed. I usually order through the app to make my stop faster, but even ordering right there and then is convenient.

Their old school payment system does not take CC with chip. It was a huge problem trying to figure out why my card wasnt working just with them.

The service is so fast which is a great thing since there are always long lines here. Ive come by a few times during the virus to enjoy my favorite drink: The Dragon Drink. Its always delicious and you can tell its made with love and joy! The only problem is, for the past 2 years, I had no idea that ordering a Mango Dragonfruit with coconut milk was the wrong drink. I was rudely corrected during my last visit that I felt a little ashamed and embarrassed that this whole time I visit Starbucks, Ive been saying my favorite drink wrong! All the other baristas seem to understand what Im asking for and have always made it with such a smile. I honestly dont feel like going back. Im sure the employee was just frustrated and tired since we went late at night. Thank you for correcting me though.

I always love a good starbucks. The staff here is really friendly. The atmosphere is great. I love coming here and working in the mornings. The only thing I think isnt great is that the music is unbearably loud. I cannot hold a conversation with the person in front of me and cant hear any of the baristas clearly when they call out an order.

I personally prefer local coffee shops, they tend to be more homey and have better coffee. However, this Starbucks is a great place to study or work. The staff is friendly and efficient.

I usually give five stars. What ruined the experience for me was the lack of creamer .I had to ask for it. The workers were nice and coffee was what I expected. This small detail needs to be addressed. Please.

The first item I ordered wasnt included, I wasnt aware. When paid they have me no receipt. When I came back the girl just said it was never added and told me the price. Didnt apologize and gave a glare when I ask her how did she not included the very first item I ordered. Usually dont go here. Definitely wont go back. Not to get attitude for their mistake.

Out of ten times that i go here, my drink doesnt taste watered down 8 out of 10 times, hence the 4 stars. With that being said, its the only Starbucks I go to in the valley, the others screw your drink up more than they get it right. Avoid the Starbucks that sits just on the south side of highway 83 at 4317, they are the worst about jacking your coffe up, you were warned!
