The management its horrible, the manager she always has and attitude for everything! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Horrible place. Supervisor or manager is an uneducated lady that has reserved parking only for Mexico companies. Reserve is in all parking by the way. Dont even bother calling Corp or DM they agree with rules= If you are not a regular here you are NOT welcomed! This is an ALL for Mexico store if you are AMERICAN Dont stop here. They will follow you to your parking spot and ask you to move asap! Unless of course you are MX plates and purchase lots of diesel and park lots of trucks then you are ok..Road Ranger dont even say here to call you. I did.

It never fails every time I go there is this one female worker that is super lazy.you can be waiting and ringing the little bell and she wont come out from the back and when she does she has an attitude, or she pretends to be working and doesnt see you waiting to pay like come on.

Inside next to door to toilet they selling food this is catastrophe.they have TV to who have Mexican Chanels only no English..look this is still USA.

Bad service!!! Asked for pulled pork the cashier did not what it was she kept asking what I wanted then another guy came and asked and I told him pulled pork and he didn’t know either so he said you want pork I said yes pulled pork and he said what is that and I pointed at the menu and said right there it says pulled pork and he replies “don’t look at the menu” And says we don’t have that so I say ok and ask for a hamburger that is right there and cashier looks at me like she does not understand until I said I want a hamburger!! For the 3rd time!

Gal working was very helpful and polite. However she couldnt get My card to work on their machine. Store seemed to be very clen.

Ok, Road Ranger is typically at the bottom of the Pilot chain to start with. However, this location sets new records for being the worst of the worst. Yep, its clean. Because the they never cook anything. In the more then 24hrs here... havent seen a single roller grill item. Not even a single hot dog. Yesterday, I walked across the street to Stripes who at least had something available. This morning, nothing available to eat... not even any coffee at 4:30am. This place a glorified parking lot at best, and even that is minimal.

Everything one could want just getting back into the states. For truckers, but good for regular folk too.

They got food water and fuel the basic amenities for a truck stop. You dont come here for the bathrooms.

Rude General manager! My dad is a auto technician he does keys for lost keys and a customer called that he needed a key and he had here started at road ranger. The general manager came out rudely telling my dad he had to move the car when the car didnt even turn on! And the He was smoking when theres clearly a NO SMOKE sign I mean who has a GENERAL MANAGER who doesnt even follow the store rules! They need a manager who 1 isnt rude 2 follows the rules! Also the cashiers are rude and dont do their jobs!

Very clean and newer looking shower rooms. Nice waiting area with tables and WiFi, fresh drip coffee, food umm its OK if youre Mexican I guess, but they have other snacks. Theres an ATM and theres not a lot of parking, but nice place to sleep if you get a spot. I guess the only negative is that I dont speak Spanish 😜

Staff didnt acknowledge us. They had two hot bars and both were empty. They had hotdogs that looked old. They were out of ketchup and wouldnt even pull a bottle from the shelf for the hotdog area. This place was horrible and I wont be back.

They (Maria) was charging me for hot water, 9:40am 7/6/19. I got a video of her telling me that she charges for hot water. Absurd

First time I have ever stopped at a Road Ranger. Must say I was impressed with the cleanliness and guest service.

Local drivers take up most parking manager told me it was ok to either park besides scales or last pumps.weekendy guess is locals gone home.good burrito bar in mornings at 0630.forst or last place into US or Mexico

Came in an got 250.00in fuel asked for a cup of ice an they tried to charge me.53 cent Then I wanted to buy pizza he said that pizza is 3hrs old do u still want it very horrible service restrooms dirty I dont recommend this place to any one.. Pass it by if your traveling...
