No repair shop for merchandise bought there and that is under warranty. Limited selection. The staff is not knowledgeable enough about the stuff I need. The prices are better than the other stores though.

Bad survice Ive never going to that place again ever...I ordered parts from there and nothing for 7 month to fix my guitar.... they never called me to up date nothing..I had to get my guitar from there.. and I picked up some parts... still pending on other parts they ordered....the lady that works there is rude and very bad service... never again

This is a nice place to visit and look around and see all the kinds of instruments and equipment they sell!!! On my visit I bought some mic clamps I needed for my congas. I never knew they would sell them here and John was super friendly and attentive.

Had expensive digital sound board power up problem (took weeks to analize, order parts, wait for them to arrive and hope that fixed it). After 1 month and $1100.00 it started to work, had to reload some show snapshots and security passwords etc.

The staff are all so friendly and even helped me find an item online that they didnt carry in house.

The people there are great! They become your friends as soon as you come in the store in Pharr Texas Location. Jessie was even offering lending me his Audio USB interface to try out, WOW! Anyways, I recommend these guys. very friendly and knowledgeable. I went looking for several gear and they gave me the info I needed. Oh, and also they have the lowest prices in the valley including Amazon or Ebay. If not just let them know and they will work with you. I will be taking them some Architectural design work we are working on so that they can do the AV system design. Thanks Hermes Music. Also, just another FYI, I meet Mr. Alberto Kreimerman (the Owner of Hermes Music) like 15 years ago and he was the most humble man I have ever meet. Very smart and nice person and his character it is reflected in his staff. Good Work.
