One star because chain was installed loose, went below rail. Called to see if they could come back but the gentleman that answered the phone said they would not come back and adjust tension. Door and hardware was good otherwise.

Today my garage door was serviced by your company. I wanted to take the time to inform you that the technician that repaired our door (Julio) was very professional and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions regarding changing one or both springs and at all times he was very patient and informative. Once I decided to change both springs Julio focused on his job and quickly repaired my problem. With the way things are lately, it is great to see that a company employs people with excellent work ethic.

I had a broken spring that was keeping the garage door from opening. I gave them a call and they were out within the hour and finished within the next hour. The price was very reasonable and the tech was very knowledgeable. I paid slightly more than what home depot would have charged me just for the parts!

What a great experience !!! Needed a new Garage Door. Called General Garage Door Service Inc. from Pharr on Friday, they gave me a quote(which was 1/3 of what Home Depot or Lowes offered with 2-4 Weeks till installing)and told us it could be installed Monday (today)They called this morning at 7:30 AM showed up a little later, and now its 10:30 AM and the job is done. I had never had such a great experience and like to thank the Guys for a really great Job.
