This was my favorite H‑E‑B. I always order curbside, but I’ve been having issues lately. First, they didn’t put an item that I paid for. Now, it’s the mini bell peppers full of fungus on the exact day that I picked up the order! This is not right. Management isn’t good at all to run this place like this, and it’s not the only expired stuff they have. They try to save garbage, but lose customers this way, and so much more. Wrong way to do business. Disgusting!!!

Shopping easy at HEB. Store did not get a high score as they do not carry the Greek Yogurt brand I prefer nor several other food items other than their brands. In my experience; most are higher in Sodium than other brands

I like this Heb Plus do not get me wrong. It is a very nice store and they do have nice items to offer. My only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a little smaller and less diverse than the Sharyland Heb plus store in Mission. That plus store has a larger area and a little more items than the Pharr location.

Amazing how after you graduate with a higher level degree (MBA in this case) you tend to more readily recognize cheap marketing antics, ploys or even darn right unethical behavior from businesses trying to maximize their margins. I brought it to the attention of a floor manager that one of their produce signs could use additional clarity so as to NOT confuse the customer or even worse, malintently have them purchase an unwilling upsale by embarrassing the customer at the register into committing to pay the higher price. 3 for a $1 read the sign, only the product was not where the sign was. It was actually at the floor level and the sign was at eye level where there in fact were packages of 3 peppers falsely implying THOSE were the 3 for $1 sale items. Clever idea. Not illegal IMO, but borderline unethical from a company that until now, I trusted with honest, transparent pricing. This is akin to the other guys practice; NOT from HEB. Furthermore, the manager I spoke with nonchalantly responded, thats how we do it there. WOW. It takes 100 years to become the #1 grocer and just a few of these interactions to ruin it. HEB, you guys are better than this. You dont need cheap antics. Youre the best because you ARE the best. I hope youre taking heed.

It was a great trip to grocery shopping. Very well stocked. The only thing was there was no water in any of the fridges. Stock them up remember we are in the dog days of summer.

A great relaxing atmosphere every time I shop there. Not to crowded and offers other products that some HEB stores dont have.

Love HEB, now opens at 6am again...my favorite time when theres minimal shoppers. Has everything you need although this location is limited in options. For example, I buy 3-ply Quilted Northern TP but didnt have any; they carry Gain detergent/softener, but not the Moonlight Breeze kind. My kiddo love the Sprout brand of organic food, but only have 2 meal types available. Since the pandemic, I have to go to multiple locations or other chains to find what this location doesnt have available. Not complaining, just observing. I appreciate all the employees as theyre always busting their tail to help everyone while doing their job and yet remain friendly. They deserve a bonus or raise 😷🤩

My kid got to see spider man and Ironman and they drove him off away in the batmobile. I hope they bring him back soon…

We love HEB grocery stores. This one is just a little nicer than some of the others in the area. We drive past several others just to get to this one to shop. They have a little bigger and better selection than some of the others. Really like the prime meats. The help is akways friendly and helpful.

Love my HEB fruits and vegies always fresh, a lot of coupons in stuff that we always need. Good customer service. Go Texas.

Very disappointed. I am waiting and hoping for an HEB to open closer to me. Until then I am looking for one that I can enjoy going to. Today I tried this location. Everything was fine until check out. The checker and the bagger were in their personal conversation and I was not even greeted. I was just another transaction but that did not surprise me as that is our current customer service experience these days. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location due to the constant hair stroking of the bagger. After bagging each of my items that I purchased she touched her hair or stroked her hair or touched her face to brush her hair out of the way. This is not ok. What happened to requirements to have your hair tied back when working with food???

Everything we wanted and then some and got up good music some products that were out are coming back to the shelves and in easy out easy go goodbye

Stopped by for some quick shopping, they had what we were looking for and self checkouts were fast.

This Location of H.E.B. is on South Cage in Pharr. Completely opposite direction from my residence, but had an excellent experience. Very spaced out, and not crowded. Great self-checkout. Always clean when I visit, and provides hand sanitizer and wipes. Friendly employees with all visits. Provides in store shopping, pick up, and delivery, along with fuel pump station.

The HEB app has hugely improved my experience. Any store that sells sushi, tortillas, furnace filters, and salon pas needs to have a way for me to find stuff. And we all continually comment about the great produce.

That store is the best in the valley my opinion

H-E-B plus is doing a lot better in keeping there shelves stocked then their competitors (Wal-Mart), plus you actually save more money on select items then other places.

Used curbside for the first time but it was awesome. When you get to the parking lot of curbside instructions are posted very clear and visible easy to understand. Waited about 5 minutes employee brought our food and loaded it to truck then proceeded to finish transaction very easy and totally worth it. Employees was really nice. I reversed into the parking lot and employee loaded me up.

The curbside service was awesome BUT the groceries I received were awful, Ill probably upload pictures later. The strawberries where half empty and almost to the point of rotting, the meat i bought seemed like it had bee out of the fridge for more than an hour. I strongly dont recommend you use crubside at this location.
