Ive known that I had hearing problems for some time but just didnt address it. My daughter talked me into getting checked so an appointment was made. I walked in for my appointment and was immediately put at ease by the friendliness of the staff. Filed out some papers and went in for the hearing test. I was informed that I definitely had hearing loss and was far into the range for heating aids. I was informed of the price and ordered my aids. Just an all around good experience!

Just so you know that they don tell you, they claim free hearing test and after test they offer hearing aids on a free trial. Once you agree to trying out the hearing aid they got you, they have you sign papers for the trial and initial certain spaces. If you decide you dont want them after the trial and take them back, there is a 750.00 restocking fee!! SURPRISE THE HAVE YOU APPROVE WITH CREDIT AND YOU PAY

Went in for ear impressions, for custom in ear monitors. The receptionist was polite and welcoming. The individual who did my impressions walked me through the entire process. I appreciated knowing what to expect. Great service and highly recommend!

The entire experience at Beltone with John Druley was wonderful. I was found to have a small hearing loss in both ears but hearing aides were not pushed. It was up to me and I decided to wait. I will be going back in two years for testing again, unless I find myself not hearing well before then. I whole heartedly recommend Beltone to anyone needing help hearing.

Kind folks. Unfortunately, the waiting area has unfriendly acoustics, which bounce noise around with the high ceiling and hard floor. I recommend waiting outside or turning off your hearing aid because some conversations can get a bit loud. If the location had money to spare, they could install sound absorbing material near the ceiling.

My wife was a little leery about having her hearing tested. She was very happy with her experience at Beltone. The girls at the front desk were nice and helpful. The specialist was very professional. All in All a good experience.

I took my father their for hearing aids and they were very helpful and courteous.

Well when we walked in we didnt know what to expect after being turned away from so many places but this place didnt give up on us they treated us like family and they were not rude about anything they helped us every step of the way you guys didnt only help my husband hearing you change him he is happier and has not had toughts of ending his life do to the noise thank you so much for saving his life Tinnitus is extreamely dangerous i cant thank you so much
