First time here and we will definitely be back. The 4 star rating was due to the prices of the ice cream. It was a little on the pricey side. We had two ice creams but definitely should have shared one. My daughter didnt finish her Very Berry but it was really good. I tried the Sunshine and enjoyed it as well. Staff was friendly, a gentleman brought us extra napkins during our visit and the ladies in the front were fast and friendly. We will be back, eventually:) enjoy!

This was our first time trying 10° and we loved it! My toddler and I shared a strawberry cheesecake ice cream and it was so big! This had great flavor and my daughter liked watching the girl make it. They have some outdoor seating which is great too! Definitely somewhere to stop by

The ice cream was great. Wish the staff came off as friendlier. They did an awesome job at making the ice cream rolls. I just didnt get a welcoming vibe walking in or out. I will go back and give them another try. Everyone deserves a second chance.

Do not recommend..I ask for strawberry flavored ice cream and how they made it strawberry was by adding scoops and scoops of on strawberry nesquick😖just made it taste super sweet and artificial. Also I wanted it with gummy bear topping and they were super hard and tasted weird not the good quality gummy bears they give you at other places. Overall I just do not recommend.

Very slow. SLOW! 🐌 Not worth the price very expensive and slow. You are better off going to DQ. There were little to no customers and several staff members.

Place was not kept clean, floors were sticky, churros under cooked in the inside, fruit tea was full of ice not enough tea and was too expensive. Most likely about two or ounces of liquid inside the cup. Rolling ice cream was ok, not the best. If you end up driving towards central texas, stop at Frozen Milk in Killeen. They are the pros on rolling ice cream and their teas are not overfill with ice, everything they make is delicious, the price is right and they always have their store in tip top shape. About the churros, best place is in San Antonio I Love Churros, they make delicious churros and their shop is also super clean. This place 10° F hut has alot to learn specially keeping up with the cleaning of the store. Will definitely not go back any time soon.

Nice place for a cold treat. Staff is friendly get to watch them make it in front of you. Would give another star but for a cold treat facility it was warm/hot inside.

Great concept and more importantly...great taste. The crew were super friendly and work hard and fast to deliver you a tasty refreshing treat...See images to truly appreciate the end product. The taste was overall amazing and reminded me more of a custard flavor and was not too sweet but just right!I’ll definitely be back for more.

Last time i went my churro was raw from the inside and also my funnel cake was not fried enough and it showed batter/mix on the top. On top of that i waited 45 minutes almost an hour for the churro just for it to be given raw. Customer service is not great either. Never going back until something is changed. Sucks because their ice cream is good

Waited 45 minutes for my ice cream and to top it off there was a hair, and was declined my refund because the ice cream‘s were already made.

Made our orders just as we expected. The wait was a bit long, and the price was a bit higher than Id like. Overall though it was a good experience.

I absolutely love this place!! I never even buy anything but the employees always let me use the phone and they give me FREE water cups. The restrooms are not the cleanest, but hey I cant complain because they are at least cleaner than the ones at my house. The staff is friendly enough, and let me use their Netflix account. Overall good, family friendly atmosphere, and it doesnt smell that bad which is a big accomplishment considering they are located right next to a gym. Last, the short skinny white girl with braces that works there definitely deserves a raise even though she smells funny. 5/5 no cap

Was there right now and the employee was rude and did not help at all, it was my first time there and told her so she could recommend something but she had a horrible attitude so I preferred to leave.

I love this place! Super friendly and family atmosphere. The ice cream is super delicious and thats cause I hate ice cream. They let me play around with their jenga set I nearly destroyed it yet they didnt get mad at me. My friends and I were so loud nobody kicked us out. 5/5 Will come again!

Walked in... wasnt greeted... I told the guy it was our first time here and all he did was point at the menu and didnt explain because his wife or girlfriend was sitting next to the register.. as for them making the ice not impressive at all...overall taste of product is not good.. they need to work on thier customer service skill definitely! Not coming back!

Awesome icecream if you want to try something different. It is true you wait a bit, but, that is because they make it fresh right in front of you. Fresh ingredients, clean shop, yummy icecream. Less calories than traditional icecream. 😍😍😍

Came from San Antonio and wanted to try this place, but we couldnt even get to it thats also using GPS Navigation. Called numerous times and no answer. Suggest an update on your information

Very disappointed came in at 1030 pm and they door is open and they told me it was closed. The door says till 11 pm, I guess people don’t expect to work what they claim.

Horrible customer service, there was a couple there idk if they’re the owners or employees (male went inside the kitchen) but they kept yelling and saying inappropriate things while customers were there including kids. My kids felt offended at a comment a female made and that they were being extra loud.Good ice cream, horrible staff.
