Overall customer service is lacking and its evident that this extends from the general manager. Praxair national has great customer and outside of the Valley like in DFW we use Praxair. However in the Valley Airgas seems to be the place to go.

The store was clean and the employees were helpful and knowledgeable.

Tried calling and was on hold for about a minute. Phone was picked up, then immediately they hung up on me. Guess Ill stick to Amazon.
