This place use to be a great shop and parts store. Lately everything needs to be ordered. Hell, if I’ve got to wait on parts I might as well order on line and save 30-50%. I may not return any longer! Or at least walk out if they have to order parts.

Bought the gas line for my power blower, they were all tosted, paid close to $3.00, for 2 feet of gas line.

I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service I received from the man who helped me purchase my hedge trimmer. After my purchase, he offered to fill it up with gas and assemble it.

I do not recommend this place because I took my machine I took it back about four times they never fixed it for Me Ride after the rock warranty ran out they came out with new parts at the machine needed so I do not recommend this place think twice before you take it there

I brought a Ryobi power tool in for warranty repair. The gentleman behind the parts and service counter was knowledgable and pleasant. I had to wait a bit before I was served as parts appears to be a one man operation. I havent heard back from them with a determination on my repair yet but the experience so far was quite positive.

No stars. When to the counter and was ignored . one old white bearded man with😷 no mask turned around and walk out . not going back . Ill look for a different place to service my equipment

This place is the worst. I brought a blower in for repairs and almost 2 weeks later iy hasnt even been diagnosed. If i wanted it to sit on the floor i would have left it at home. The employees didnt care to help me or set any time frame. All they basically said was pick it up if you want. It was more like too bad for you. Like they where doing me a favor to fix it. In the past the repairs have been soo expensive here too that i was better off buying it new. A garage mechanic off craigslist would have much better professionalisim then this place. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. Even on the non parts side they have little to no selection and hi prices.

Its been 2 months since I dropped off my riding mower and its still not done. Theyre full of excuses. The worst customer service. Keep on lying. You never gave us a call before my review. And parts dont take 2 months.

If it werent for supervisor who handled my situation with a rude employee working at the service department (named Ben) I would not return to this place. Ben was rude and denied me the right to talk to a supervisor when I requested to speak to one. He was stubborn after I told him plenty of times I wished to speak to a supervisor. Hes not here, was his response. I second gentleman (the foreman) arrived and again hid the fact that a supervisor was on duty. I finally stepped out of the service department and located a supervisor myself who was attentive and assisted me with initial problem. Not sure who Ben thinks he is but Im trusting the supervisor did address the situation and type of behavior.
