F&T is a good place to get bikes, but what really makes the experience is the customer service. Brandon the salesman, has been both mine and my fathers salesman since we made our first purchase off of him in 2018. Since then we have bought another 4 bikes off of him. The dude knows his stuff about motorcycles. Hes a salesman that actually rides dual sports, sport bikes, and dirt bikes. He cann give you a well rounded opinion on a motorcycle based off of his own experience. Ive gone out on a couple of rides with him and trust me, the dude shreds. So if you need someone trustworthy to sell you a motorcycle, go with Brandon.

We have purchased 4 motorcycles from F&T. Each time we we buy a bike we deal with Brandon. He has always been extremely helpful and honest with us. Service is the worst ever. My jet skis. Have been there since April and they just needed an oil change. Which turned into needing an engine overhaul. All those ppl that purchase I hope your stuff doesn’t break down . You will be in for a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT

I bought a 2021 ninja zx10r and rode it off the lot. Turns out there was a stop sale on the model and it wasnt even supposed to be on the floor in the first place. So I had to bring it back the next day. They had already deposited my check, so I ended up transferring my check towards a hayabusa. Like the other reviews Im seeing here, their forte is sales, not service. I made several attempts at setting up a service appointment for the 600 mile service, but I couldnt get a hold of anyone. Im better off doing the maintenance myself or at harley desperado or at rgv cycle stuff.

My experience here was awful, as soon as i walked in I looked around for a few minutes and I recieved no help, so I figured maybe if I start touching some of the merchandise that one of the 8 employees sitting at their desks would come to me and offer help, since I was the only customer there. But that wasnt the case, instead I just felt like I was the kid at a sleepover that no one wanted there. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. So I left and took my business elsewhere.

Visited the store to get a quote on parts for my CAN AM COMMANDER 1000 MAX LIMITED. The receptionist referred me to the parts department, so I made contact with Marco who helped out a lot with getting the correct parts and quote. He also was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the UTV which I totally dont know much about. He was patient and very helpful with the information he provided.F&T Valley Motor Sports good job on having qualified employees like MARCO who have great customer service skills!!

Service, sales and a decent on-site inventory.The employees are pretty knowledgeable and ready to assist.Their stock leans more towards modern cycling and less towards your Harley Clad-in-Black styles. Although, they do carry a line of Royal Enfield with a vintage look.They also have a ton of can-am, off-road, atv and some used stock too.Place is clean and pretty well staffed.

Sales department was good. The service and parts department is a joke. They are completely unorganized, difficult to get a hold of, and ignorant. I’ve had nothing but issues getting tasks completed with the service department and parts department since I bought the seadoo. If I knew service and sales were this bad I would have never bought from them.

Im happy because I got the motorcycle that I had wish for years and I thank all the workers from there for all the help and support.

Ive been reading reviews for about an hour. Im looking to have a rear tire for my HD installed and balanced, but after negative reviews I dont think they (F&T Valley Motor Sports) are not qualified to do any type of work!!It also appears that the individual K. Cantu is not qualified to correct any of the problems customers have. According to your comments on make contact with thia guy is a cut and paste paragraph.No accountability what so ever!!

Overall, the sales experience is about what youd expect from a dealership, and I was helped by Brandon. Got a Kawasaki Versys X300 back in January, and was excited to take it out as my new commuter.However, somewhere in the chain of command, paperwork got shuffled around and they designated my bike as Off-Road, claiming their legal person made a mistake. Ive called maybe once or twice a week since then requesting when my plates will come in, or even if theyve gotten the paperwork fixed so I can get insurance on my bike, and still no update.I would like to use my Versys for some off-road capabilities and am doing my best to inform myself regarding how to upkeep and learn about my bike. I figured I may give my business to the dealership and request services / Maintanence / etc. Everytime I call whether Morning or Afternoon, they are busy. Ive left requests on their website with my contact info, number and email, and am still waiting on a reply. I wish I could review the Mechanics, but have yet to be able to schedule an appointment by phone or by email. Maybe they are overbooked or understaffed? Either way, the result is that Im going on two weeks without an update regarding scheduling service for the bike and am earnestly seeking out other motorcycle mechanics that can reply in a timely manner.Ill return and update when/if they are able to assist me.UPDATE 3.29.31: Called the number provided, left a message with contact info, and have not heard back from the business yet. This employee can not be stopped neither rain, lighting or Thunder can stop him from pleasing his customers. I dealt with Josue in the parts department. We put in an order ( flags bracket ) for my spider. We made sure it was the right part number. The company we ordered from sent us the wrong parts every time, three times to be exact. Josue was so disappointed as was I. When he finally got the right part he told me he would bring it to me. This employee deserves to be employee of the year. Thank you Josue. God bless you.

I have not had good luck with the service department. It seems to take forever to get things moving. I had an appointment for RT Limited for a Tuesday morning I finally called them on Thursday and again on Friday. I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong. They didn’t fix the problem and it would have cost $400 for them to play some more. Not sure about the garage and the training they have had. The gas gauge is still mal functioning.

A terrible experience. We are well connected in the community, we have near 5000 acres of ranch land and know many land owners who would need off-road capability.I bought the top of the line Can AM maverick turbo RS for 35000$ cash before the sale the service was excellent and they made many promises should something go wrong.I have not had my machine for even a month and I developed a coolant leak requiring replacement of the coolant reservoir. I have been trying tirelessly to get these guys to come fix it to no avail. I have a 35000$ machine broken down on my ranch and they have no interest in getting it back up working again.These guys are ONLY interested in making a sale and once that happens, good luck with any customer service. I even skipped one of their employees 300$ extra to “ take care of me” and NOTHING!!!I will make sure to never use them again and make sure i spread the word how terrible the service is after the sale.I welcome management to call me or contact me should they try to fix this issue but as of now, I will never use them again.

Z650 goes for around 6,000-7,000 and 8,000 at most. The price i was given: 9,000 without taxes or the added fee to build it. Yes, they charge you to build the motorcycle. I was ignored by salesmen. One who was brave enough to not look lazy approached us and helped us come to the conclusion that buying a motorcycle here would be a great mistake. How did he do this? He showed me a great Z650 and priced it at 9,000 plus an absurd fee for “building” the motorcycle. Also i would have to wait for them to build it. They estimated a week or so. Went to San Antonio for the weekend Saturday went just fine. Sunday i visit a dealership and they price the same z650 bike at 7,000 including licensing and taxes. The San Antonio salesman also told me that bikes dont come in boxes they come built. And I figured since out of the 4 new bikes I’ve owned none of them came with a fee for “building” them. And get this. I didnt have to wait a week or so they got the bike ready in under an hour and started it up and showed me everything. Suffice to say that I rode back home in a new motorcycle at my expected price that same Sunday.

I purchased a Suzuki S40 from F&T about a month ago and am very happy with it. I was pleasantly surprised when Fred, the sales guy, suggested I test ride it first. I thought only Harley did that. the ride sold me.Parts/accessories people were very helpful. My wife bought a jacket and then I got backrest for my S40. Carlos was very patient in responding to my texts about parts, pricing,..Joe at service took care of my bike for backrest installation and some follow up adjustments. Again, staff very helpful, took the time to get the job done right. In all, very happy with my experience at F&T and glad I went to them.If you get the chance, test ride the Electric Motorcycle, the Zero. Surprisingly smooth, fast and agile.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experience in 15yrs of owning motorcycles in multiple states. During the current pandemic situation their service dept is understandably by appointment only. They won’t book appointments over the phone so I did it through the website. A week later still no response. After a week of waiting I called twice to follow up & was placed on hold for around 12 minutes (each call) after asking the service dept to help with my appt request. These guys are terrible at just scheduling service there is no way in hell I would trust them with my bike. I’d rather go out of town than deal with these clowns.

Bought a new 2020 Maverick x3 turbo 2 month ago only use it 2 weeks the rest of the time it has been in service. First time it went in the spark plug broke and damaged the engine was in service for a month. They call and told me the my unit was ready for pick up went for it brought it home didn’t even put 1 mile check engine came up. Took it back only to find out they had broken the turbo solenoid and didn’t replace it. It. Took them a week and half to replace that part. Yesterday I went for my unit unloaded it at home didn’t even put a mile again and this morning unit doesn’t even crank. At least this time they came and picked it up. Let’s see how long it in service this time. Paying for something I’m not even using.

Verry friendly and helpful staff

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided for maintenance on my Susuki KingQuad. It was there for a little over a week due to a part that had to be ordered. When I went to go pick it up after being serviced, it took them over an hour to get my ATV ready to get in on my pickup. I get home and it was still not working well. I noticed that my well kept ATV had been worked on by a technician Leo Garcia. The fuel vent hose was missing. The side plastic panel was placed back incorrectly and the plastic screw covers were missing or broken. I do not recommend this place at all for service. All I can say is that this place just wants to make money but they are forgetting about great quality service work. It is time they reflect on the technicians they have working there.

Looking at some of these reviews not sure if I want to bring my gold wing trike up to have work done on it. I think a pressure switch is going bad on fuel gauge. I think I may go up and talk to them about it to get a feel for workmanship

Took my bike in for oil change, was told it would be ready in about hour and half. Three hours later they hadnt even touched it.

Brought my bike in after I was rear ended. Figured the dealership wouldnt have as much bs as small shops. But Ive been waiting over a month for my motorcycle after all the parts were ordered. I kept calling and they kept telling me one part hadnt come in. It took them almost a month to be able to figure out the part was in back order. Then a week later I go in and it turns out the part in back order is a fairing which means they could have just installed the scratched one and have me come back for the new one when it came in. So I asked them to have it done and install the scratched fairing. That was Thursday they said they would have it done Saturday. Now today I call and they tell me there was one part for my motorcycle that was never ordered. Its ridiculous!

Early this week, I visited F&T Valley Motor Sports. When I approached the service counter, I had the most uncomfortable interaction with LEROY MEDRANO! He was very unhelpful, rude, and uninformative. He tried to make up sales on almost everything I inquired about! It was not quite the impression that I was hoping for.Will come back, I just hope I never have to interact with him again!

Great experience here. Brandon took great care of me and got me exactly what I wanted. They didnt have the bike I wanted in stock, but they got it there the next day and the mechanics put it together for me right before my eyes. Awesome. Brandon even took the time to walk me around the shop so I could meet everyone (mechanics, parts, finance...). I have read some of the other comments about their prices being too high. I felt the same way at first because these guys will quote you a Dealer MSRP which is marked up 4 to 5 percent. Dont let that stop you from doing business with these guys. Ive come to find out almost everyone out there charges you the same mark-up. They just dont tell you about it until youre at the financing stage. I highly recommend F&T.

This place is sweet! They sell both on and off-road motorcycles and bikes as well as dual sports. They also sell trikes, fourwheelers, ATVs and UTVs. From what I saw they also sell a couple of motorboats too. This place has basically mostly anything you need to ride. Helmets, leather jackets, footwear, goggles, and other protective gear.They have a maintenance shop in the back where I took my Kawasaki dirt bike to get it lowered, and they were done within 30 minutes. They also greased up the chain for me without me needing me to tell them! They do maintenance, and mods to motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, and some motorboats.They also sell mostly everything needed so you can do the maintenance yourself. Air Filters, Oil Filters, Engine Ice, you name it. The employees there are chill and very nice.This place is open from 9pm in the morning till 6pm in the evening. The place is also nice on the inside, Also the parking is on the side, and in front of their maintenance garage. Just sayin so you wont have an issue finding where to park. Its a very cool place.

Spoke to Alex at maintenance awesome info provided by him. While I was there I saw they had the new fish pro seadoo. While I was checking it out Isaiah came by and went part by part as to why the fish pro is the best pwc to fish off of. It was nice that he didnt try to push the sale on me like other dealerships would. He took his time explaining everything. He offered thing I can add to my current pwc as well as how I could trade in my older model for a newer one. Always nice to walk in there with out people trying to hassle you. Don’t know about the sales service but as for parts this place is no good. No parts in stock for my maverick always have to order everything not even a set of bolts for the drive shaft. No ball joints no starter no solenoids man you would think being a dealer they would have at least the most common parts but they don’t !

Prices are ridiculous high compared to the rest of the country. And since its the only Suzuki dealership in valley you are screwed..Highly recommend to buy outside the valley..Found same bike for $6,000 dollars less in San Antonio!!!
