I had to return shoes I bought online, so I took them to where the shipping label I printed was for. I went to FedEx located on Jackson between 495 and Hackberry. I give them 5 stars for the fast and friendly service. The person who helped me didnt try and charge me for a package to send my shoes back. She was able to take the tore up bag I had ripped open, tape it up like a Xmas present, cover the old shipping labels, attach the new label I brought with me, and all for no charge at all. I love it when I dont have to use my debit card at all. Double thumbs up to the FedEx shipping center!!!

Store opens at 9, it’s now 9:22, full of customers inside and not one employee in sight! Rude and unprofessional.

My package was supposed to be a 2 day delivery did not happened. Due to the driver not doing there job. The driver didnt even attempt to deliver the package. I checked the website and found out that supposedly he stopped at my house and no one was home. That is not true, I was here the entire day waiting for them to arrive. Called them and didnt even helped. Dont recommend their services.

I was expecting an urgent delivery that was overnighted and suposed to arrive 6/2/21, I took the day off waiting for the delivery. The package never arrived and the website was updated to delivery 6/3, I wait outside to avoid any further inconvenience on 6/3, and the driver rushed by my house, didnt stop, honk or anything so I drove after him. He gives me my delivery and his excuse was, I didnt want to slip..(it rained the day before). Not acceptable, will NOT RECOMMEND to anyone and will definitely share my experience with anyone I can.

Driver yesterday 7/26 said he had a package for my address, asked me my name I said no Im not Eric, he said that he couldnt make delivery. Very unusual way of package delivery, driver was unorthodox.

Horrible experience when you are expecting a package valued over $1,500 to be delivered with signature required, so you take the day off of work to make sure youre home during the quoted delivery time, only for the lying delivery driver to scan package as:Adult recipient unavailable (age and required identification vary by country).Next available delivery date, 3 days away or drive to facility to pick up. Why pay for express delivery when customer still had to pick up? Stop hiring dishonest people who are trying to go home early on a Friday.

It appears that due to covid this location is extremely unable to accommodate customers properly. I feel bad because it is hot and they have a continued line outside & the reps are extremely slow. Some people are just dropping off packages & it takes well over 5-10minutes. People who have been standing out here tooo long are leaving because it is so slow. I think people in this area are use to this because they do not have mailman that deliver. From what I was told they have to pick up at community places.

I needed to return a package but my printer bit the dust. I was able to take the package here, and the very helpful clerk gave me an email address to forward the authorized return mailing label email the company sent me to print out! Good Covid protocols, too - social distancing guides on the floor, the counters roped off, people masked and lots of hand sanitizer available.

Driver only parked across from my home never got off his vehicle. Then left with my package and set delivery for next day!🤬

It use to be the most awesome place to work

It was great...Ive never been to this location to pick up packages, but it was fast and hassle free. Only two people can be inside the building so you might have to make a line outside...either way it didnt take too long of a wait. I recommend arriving early before the heat is scorching hot.

How dare they ...we have looked outside in every direction and no pkg.Driver marked he left it by our doorstep sorry to say we have 3 grown up dogs that do not allow anyone in the property. How is that? Call the 1-800 # yeap, i did filed a dispute claim.

Had to return 20 boxes from amazon but they gave us just one label because they were one shipment but just felt ignored by fedex they just tell you to go away and didn’t offer any help label clearly says is for 20 item is by weight is not my fault that is between you and the one that made the label (it was work related)(all of them came wrapped in plastic together) (i had the plastic to wrap them in location because I can’t carry them while wrapped )

Missed a delivery at home, so i went to the FedEx place and they said the driver was still out but, would be there in 30 minutes.40 minutes later she came out to truck where i was waiting because of the Covid 19, and she said sorry it took so long but here is you package sir.Great job.

I had a box of corals that were shipped here with the instructions to keep in a climate controlled room; however, the clerk informed me that their staff had placed the box in their warehouse. When it gets in the 100° range here in south Texas, corals can be damaged by the heat. Luckily I didnt have any issues that day. Their staff was helpful nevertheless.

They just renovated the lobby, and its great! Before it was pretty cramped especially near the end of the work day at about 5 or later. But now theirs enough room for a line to form and that allows for the automatic doors to close. Before if the line was more then 4 people long the doors wouldnt close because of the senors, and would allow for all the hot summer air to enter the lobby and make the wait very unejoyable. The staff are great and are pretty quick getting people out.

Staff was friendly, and got my package quickly, but the person who delivered it who made me have to drive over to the store in the first place not so Kool, and I used the text to manage deliver, nò bueño...,but again the store was clean, staff was polite and fast, and if you go enough they seem to care about your packages and are willing to looking into any issues, I witnessed it.

I like that they are taking precautions with covid and only allow 2 people in at a time. There is often a line so bring an umbrella because its really hot outside.

I went in to return the directv equipment & I was surprised with the cool items they sell. I came out of the store with cool cell phone gadgets.

Fedex is a complete scam! I paid $35 for an overnight delivery, that not only took longer than expected but was never delivered to the recipient. No refund either. First and last time I use Fedex! I was contacted to pick up the package at this location and I will say that their staff was anything BUT courteous!

From: Texan Mobile Park resident ----- Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, and DHL drivers speed beyond the designated speed limit even while seniors are out walking - some on walkers, some on wheelchairs, in groups, with pets etc... the streets are typically narrow and there are no sidewalks. Drivers, i know, are in a hurry to deliver packages, but putting the lives of park residents at risk is not acceptable.The streets at Texan Mobile Park, McAllen, TX are not public streets ... drivers likely feel they can get away with speeding ... we have had a few near misses, not necessarily by package delivering drivers but by non-residents, outside contractors, and residents. Speed maims and kills.

These guys are terrible..I had a package dekivered to my house which is to the wrong address. I contacted them advised them. Rather than thanking me I was made to feel like i was bothering them. they wanted me to go outside get the numbers off the package and tell them what they are. I am handicapped and mostly bedridden. A fedex guy goes by here at least 3 times a day. He could easily stop and pick up package.Instead, they want me to use my walking brace - go out for them - get the numbers for them. My wife will not be home till tomorrow to retrieve this info for them. I told them our address and they still want the numbers...What a bunch of lazy bums. It can sit our there until someone steals it I guess. I tried to do the right thing. No thank you no nothing.

Driver lied about delivery attempt.Got a door tag on a Tuesday. next day I missed work to receive pakage. Nobody came. So I tracked package onlineFedex site said it tried to deliver on Wednesday which it was false they did not leave a new door tag.if they tried they would leave a new tag.There is no local number to call.Well missed work, ended with no package and was lied to.

There was a medium sized line when I got there but they knocked it out very quickly. Elise was wonderful, very nice and courteous; the true definition of superior customer service.

So yesterday I was home waiting for a package, and man that delivered it stood outside for one minute then left a doortag on my mailbox. I saw him and was expecting him to come towards the house since i dont have a gate so I got changed. I didnt even take a whole minute until I found out he left. Fine I was like my fault ok. Then the doortag that was left on the mail box said be package will be available after 5pm. So I left like my home at 4 to get to the fedex office at 5 and arrived there around 5:20 because of traffic and the lady I wont complain she was nice and helpful but she told me the man was given extra trips to make and wouldnt be there till 6:30. So basically I spent gas, and time when not even the doortag was helpful. Im waiting by the door today till I get my package which seems insane since I cant seem to trust that man knocking on my door. Bad experience.
