This experience was not a pleasant one. I am not one to complain usually, and I didnt make a scene because thats just not me. However, I feel a bit taken advantage of in this particular visit. I needed some edible images for a cake and I dont know if the employee was new or didnt understand me, but I way over-paid for her misunderstanding. I needed 2 copies of the same image. She showed me the image to ask how big I needed it, I specifically told her THE FIRST TIME that I needed the entire sheet printed. I did not get that. She charged me for the sheet anyway. I didnt make a fuss I just told her I needed the entire sheet, she adjusted the image and when I asked if I was going to need to pay for another sheet she said I would have to. Then she tried to make me think it was my mistake for not being clear about the image, again, I did not make a big deal. I just agreed and let it go. As she prints out the other sheet the printer runs out of ink and my image did not get fully printed. They STILL CHARGED ME for it anyway and did not even offer to reprint a better copy. These sheets are $10 a page. They are way too expensive to begin with but then they dont even bother to fix their error. I was really upset and disappointed, I probably will not return for awhile. If you can find your items cheaper online, I suggest you do it.

Find all the things i need for my cake business! even the gold and white edible lace for the wedding cakes. Cute decorations to add a special touch to a cake or cup cakes. All the food colorings gel and airbrush. Baking pans, boxes, fondant molds ...a great variety!

Horrible experience! Employees not wearing a mask! One has it under her nose the younger one attending to people with no mask at all! Insane how they can put everyone at risk and not be safe. Never going to this business again!
