What can I say I pay them they keep my lights on simple.
Get pay to purchase washers, dryers, stereo, computers they just put it on your electric bill (if you have good credit of cousr)

Just pay my bill here. The clerks are pleasant. As I stand in line to pay I do look around at tvs, appliances etc. Limited choices and I dont notice any bargains. It would make me nervous to have my utility bill and installment payment tied together.

Went to pay the power bill the kiosk was broken went back a week or two later kiosk wasnt working so we were going to just use the Dropbox no they were so smart they did away with it so mail it in or pay online and as if they dont get enough money they want to charge 2 dollars to pay it on line.

If I could I would give them a lower rating. They are taking advantage of the people and its sad you cant have alternative options for service. I wish they didnt have a monopoly on energy service provisions because guaranteed I would choose someone else over this shark.

Will not work with you at all. Im pregnant and I have 2 smaller children its 100 degrees during the day and they will not give me an extension for 4 days. She basicly told me it could be shut off any min. We have nowhere to go. Thanks for helping the community 🖕

Pay your bill with drive-thru or walk-in service. If you need a new appliance they are happy to offer financing options with payments added to your bill.Customer service is average but they are very understanding and accommodating when you need to make a partial payment or make payment arrangements
Absolutely horrible people with an even worse business practice, if a payment is scheduled for a holiday they will cut your power off 1st thing the following morning and quote you an outrageous reconnect fee because you attempted to pay the day they were actually open. this is why i have decided to move my family out of Alabama. The idea of southern hospitality has been lost due to companies like this money hungry, self serving, stuff shirt ran, Power Mafia. Deserves negative 10 stars but will only allow me to post with at least one star.
Worst customer service ever. I am convinced they pride themselves on being absolute scum. And the best part is the there is nothing you can do about it, cause its not like you can just switch over to the other power company. This place is a lesson in why there are anti-trust laws in every other industry.
Alabama power thinks they can send someone to your home if you made a mistake and was a few cents short in making your payment, and verbally abuse you on your own property. I dont think so, and when you call them on the 800 number, the customer service people has bad attitude with when your trying to just settle a mistake which they made. Then they rudely unprofessionally hang up on you.
Worst kiosk ever. Out of 4 months it has been working 1 time and I have had to go inside and pay the other 3 times. Very user unfriendly. Would be nice if they had a drop box still.

The lack of concern for humanity does not surprise me. No way to heat, cook, bathe for a week and a half. They would not except what we had in our pocket. They want over $1200. Just to turn it on. Yall deserver a customer service reward for this.

Its power for my home. I know the past January bill 2/18 bill was ridiculous. I dont think they read one meter, just guesstimated

Very disappointed in service received. Employees are more concerned with gossiping than taking care of customers. Not to mention the heavy set dark skinned woman is very rude. We werent even greeted when we came in and mind you there was no one else in the lobby at the time. Glad they have online pay because I wouldnt want to have to go to this location again.

Been without power since 1 yesterday, down line melted fence, havent seen a power company truck, they must have gone to Florida.
Just found out that the warranty wont cover out of state service calls. Read my contract and saw nothing about it so I will take this to my attorney to see what can be done. Very unsatisfied with situation and I wont be doing any business with them ever again. Beware !!! Appliance Warranty Beware!!!
