Decent surplus of lures lousy customer service at least thats what I experienced. I will try again but of all the places Ive been to and asked for a certain product usually I want have to do anything but follow the store rep and know myself next time instead of being told if I got any it will be down that aisle. Ill try again and if it happens again I probably will drive another 200 miles to purchase from someone who appreciates my business

The only repair shop Id EVER recommend! They know about boats,they are HONEST and tho you have to schedule an appointment to take in your boat, they get it in and out in a very TIMELY manner and all the work is done and correct! Being a female, Im always waiting for the man BS but Ive NEVER been treated that way by ANYONE at Randall! That means the most to me! Thank you to EVERYONE AT RANDALL MARINE for always being professional and honest! Not to mention, ALWAYS top notch service!

I love this place! Very knowledgeable and very professional! David and his team actually took the time to school a newbie like me in the art of fishing! They have many products, gears, and even live baits to get your line tight and Fish-On! I also have a boat that I’m restoring and they have help me with some work mechanically and got the job done and don’t do anything without consulting you first! This is a family owned Bait & Tackle shop/boat repair shop. Very helpful people with a ton of knowledge about everything fishing. This is now my favorite bait shop and I have found them to have the best worms in the Phenix City Columbus area. If youre going to be fishing I totally recommend stopping in here on your way to your favorite fishing hole..

I had some major repairs needed for my boat and the staff from top to bottom was amazing. The work done to my boat was top notch and they were so friendly and courteous to my family and I. I searched for an oil filter for my Honda Marine engine from the Opelika/Auburn/Alex City area for a week with no luck. I generally like to give business when I can to local small business. Ill even pay a bit more to do that and have at Randall Marine previously. But not anymore, I dont like for a business to try and take advantage of me. I went in this past Friday to get a Humminbird ethernet cable fully expecting that I would pay a bit more then what I could get it elsewhere. A $39 cable and Randall Marine wanted $82!!!! WTH?? The $39 wasnt a sale price it is the manufacturer MSRP and what it sells for at every other major retailer. I understand they have the choice to charge what they wish, but I have the choice to not give them my money. I was able to order this online and even with overnight shipping had it the next day for $50. Their greed has caused them to lose a customer.

Drove two hrs just to get here. Well worth it. They went above and beyond to help with a fuel pump.

Had two different problems two different boats, First boat Bayliner 5.7 litre engine not running right, Randall Marine didnt have a clue what to do, I picked up the boat and took it home after paying 100 dollars and some change, for a gasket or something like that and boat not fixed. Finally with the help of YouTube found out the fuel line had a block in the fuel tank..fixed it myself! Next Evinrude 9.9 copper tube broken, turned it in to them. I called for progress report after a week mechanic told me they dont make those motors anymore and cant find a water tub. He asked to give him a couple more days to find. I told him go to home depot or hardware store they had the copper tubing just need to cut to proper length. He refused ended up picking up none running motor from Randall Marine again not fixed, went to Home Depot and tubing is fixed! Thank you YouTube for helping me repair my engine. Randall Marine should try that. Would I recommend Randall Marine to work on someone elses boat, what do you think! At least I wasnt charged anything my LAST visit..

Randall does all repairs that I cant handle on both our boats. Four years ago, I overcharged a battery that exploded in the battery compartment on my Seafox. We had a family fishing trip planned and the boat would start wont even turn over. In desperation I called David and almost begged him to help me. He told me to bring it and he would look at all the while telling me anything that required more than 30 minutes meant he would have keep it. I brought it in. David and a mechanic pulled the cawl. David sent the mechanic to get a tool while he looked at the motor. He pulled the fuse on the motor. It was fried! Suzuki provides extras so he replace the bad one and we had the motor cranked before the mechanic got back. I ask what I owed him and he declined. I insisted and essentially tipped him compared to the value of solving my problem. We made our trip caught fish and I am indebted to David for bailing me out! Thanks David
