I am so happy with my visit to this shop. Even though they didnt have to fix anything, they checked out my tire issue without a problem and told me my best options. I can tell that I will be visiting in the future for any issues I have. I can tell they are honest people and everyone appreciates that at this type of business especially when times are hard!!!

I arrived at 9:30am, I got my tires taken off maybe 20 minutes after that. It is now 12:15pm and after being complaining about being here for 3 hours, theyre finally putting our tires on. It only took 10 minutes to get our new tires put on! Theyve taken care of customers that arrived after us before putting our tires on. Bad business, were about to spend almost $700 for labor and no one did anything for over two hours.Sir me and my lady arrived promptly at 9:30 there was 1 person there that was getting service upon our arrival. Google time line also allows you to record your arrival and departure times to and from places. We arrived at Hamrick at 9:23. Now our purpose for posting this was exactly the reason that we did it. The reply from you explaining to me what happened while We are standing outside watching the entire time is understandable, but it wont take away from the fact that there wasnt anyone else to be serviced and we didnt leave until after noon. So it seems that you would be implying that Im lying on your company for personal gain and there is no need for that type of behavior. My father has been coming there and recommended your services so this wasnt expected. I appreciate the feedback but it seems that if you were around it wouldnt seem as if two people would lie on your establishment. Sad part is my mom needs her tires rotated and you guys have been great but this issue with me and my lady makes us feel a certain way about you guys moving forward. Good day!

Let me start of by saying I talked to Johnathan. Super great guy, very respectful, and very knowledgeable. He ordered me a single tire as a replacement, and had it in when he said he would. Charged what he said he would charge, and was friendly the entire time. One of the best tire experiences Ive ever had. Highly suggest you at least give them a call.

I’ve been in town from New Orleans visiting my parents and I must say I wish we had a Hamrick Tire in NOLA. They are honest and do fantastic work. I never once felt like I was being gotten over on. I will always make sure they get my business. Always pleasant and I was shocked the gentleman inside remembered I had been there on an previous visit.

I ordered my tires from these guys, first they call and say theyre ready to be put on. Get there wait 40 minutes to be helped and only two tires showed up, so I go back the next day, to get the tires put on. Go pick up my truck that afternoon the guy goes to tell me we broke your lug stud and said we will get it fixed; its now been 2 months and still no call to fix it. I have reached out they say were trying fit you in. TWo MONTHS REALLY to fit me in NEVER GO HERE!! They will BS you all the way until the end

Even though we have moved out of the area we havent found anyone that can compete with Hamrick Tires. I was looking for a difficult tire size and could only find one other shop that had some inferior brand tire (based on 20+ reviews) for my price range.Hamrick Tire was my last hope in finding a suitable quality tire, and I was not disappointed. I was able to put brand new Uniroyals on my car for only a little more than the inferior brand from a different shop. The Hamrick team stopped what they were doing and had me in and out in a couple of minutes. I brought my old rims/ tires to the shop in my pickup and before I knew it, the staff had the brand new ones already back in the truck.Customer service was 10 stars!!!!!!!! I am glad there are shops like this around. Much more personable and hospitable than every other chain tire store I had ever been to.I love to haggle, but the price was so good right off the bat, that I didnt get the chance.Give this shop your business if you get the opportunity.
