This man sold me a car with NO TITLE. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE HE SOLD ME A CAR. STILL WITH NO TITLE. CALLED POLICE AND THEY SAY TAKE IT HIM TO COURT. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!!!! CARLOS IS A FRAUD ... HE NEVER SUBMITTED PAPERWORK TO DMV !!!! HE SELLS STOLEN CARS!!!!
