Office staff was very prompt and professional. Whoever they sent out to replace a big window in my sunroom was not. They did some sanding on the wood frame to get a better fit for the glass, but they didn’t make an effort to clean up their mess. Saw dust is EVERYWHERE. Screws on the floor right next to my child’s toys, the old wood that was removed was still on the floor, I was completely shocked to see they didn’t make an effort clean up their mess. I paid to have the window replaced and in return my sunroom is disgusting. I’ll be dusting for a month. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate that they replaced the window, but it was very unprofessional to not clean up the mess they made. Especially since it was indoors.

Called this company to have someone come give me a quote and the guy said someone will call me back in 2-3 days to schedule a time and day for them to come to my home. It’s been over a week and no one called me back so I decided to hire another company. Poor customer service. I don’t understand don’t y’all want business?

Terrible company and customer service. Agreed to do the job, never did it. Would not return my calls. When I did speak with them it was just excuse after excuse. Finally, after waiting for 5 weeks, I gave up and hired someone else (who did the work for me for less money that week). I wouldnt waste your time with East Alabama Glass.
