Quiet great little store! I didn’t know I had walked in right before closing!!! They were so nice and patient and I was able to complete my shopping !!! Such great staff

In general the whole staff at this store is outstanding. However; there is this one particular cashier who is just a giftedly kind soul. I was buying a half dozen eggs and the carton was damaged such that the eggs couldve fallen out. I figured I could manage. She wouldnt permit it. She went back and re-packaged the eggs herself. Im not articulating the graciousness of the occurence very well but; she humbled me with her service. If I had a business I would find or make a place for her and anyone like her.

Great prices on meat, but not the best selection on packaged food. I went to four stores looking for peanut butter that isnt half sugar and oil. At Kroger up north, its generic, for 1.79. At Publix, its 3.59, up to 7 dollars, depending on the brand name. No generic. Piggly Wiggly wants 3.09 for their no sugar Jiffy. No generic. The dollar stores and ALDI dont carry such a thing. It would be nice to get your keto stuff, meat and produce and nuts all at the same store without having to drive to some terrible place like Publix, or worse yet, wait for 15 minutes to check out at Walmart because they refuse to staff the place, and feed that monster. This PW has very nice staff and an unpretentious store, otherwise. Generally a sign that you arent throwing your money away.

Great prices just be careful on products expire dates and spoil Meats sometimes. I refuse to buy meats or some products here but other products are great!

Ive been an employee (meat department) in the past, and a customer for 30+ years. This store is top notch in quality, service, freshness, friendliness of employees, and always clean. Makes grocery shopping a pleasure, and I hate grocery shopping!! Prices cant be beat, either. Still miss the Hwy 80 store, but this store isnt too far away and it has everything. Well worth the couple extra miles.

This grocery store is in a convenient location for a lot of local residents, mostly those living in near by apartment complexes. Whats not convenient is that their outrageously over priced and the fact that half their inventory is expired. Literally every time I go in, I find expired and moldy food. Be wary of dairy products, especially milk! Most of their milk expires the next day or is already expired. Produce is often moldy, along with bread. The rotisserie chicken often is under cooked. The staff is not well trained, they generally do not know where to find certain products and need assistance with their own registers. Once, I saw a cart full of meat that was warm to the touch and clearly left out for too long. I went in one morning, at opening and found meat left on top of the candy bars near check out, I told a worker and adviced them that it was left out over night. She called for someone to take it and put it back on the shelf to sell.

I dont think Ive ever had to put my own groceries in the cart before. Especially with everyone standing around doing nothing. Essential means you should value your job. Not that you dont have to do it.

They show they close at 11 but the door says otherwise if ur gonna change ur hours and keep them that way unI to change ur hours online 13 th street was able to change theres online I drove all the way up here to see people inside but the doors not opening this was at 10 11

The store was clean. We went in after milk. The milk was being put out, the guy had the section where the milk was at blocked with the cart. Had to try and squeeze in because he did not move the cart he moved but left the milk in the boxes sitting there. Checking out was okay I guess there were only two cashiers and a line on both. There are no self serve checkouts or fast lane check out at this store. Not our usual place to shop but it was closest to where we were at before going home.

Produce is horrible to include bagged salad not to mention the chicken that was gray and when I told the cashier everybody act like they were surprised how can you be surprised you have gray chicken on display in your grocery store I used to love shopping at Piggly Wiggly but lately it has gone downhill a lot
