Eye always get great help from knowledgeable clerks who offer their assistance frequently. The items/supplies are fairly-priced. Everything is easy to find, and I always seem to pick up one or two extra things that Eye see, remembering that I need or could use.

They have a Very kind & helpful staff. Anything from the wearhouse the sweet guys who work out there, always friendly and ready to load your merchandise. I got some flea pills for my dog yesterday, I will give a updated review on them later. Hopefully it will save me from paying $90 every 3 months for a soft chew I get for my veterinarian. Hoping to go from $90 every 3 months ( not to mention the vet fee to take him in to get it) to $45 every 6 months. Yeah that sounds good to me.Thank you for amazing service...

I have been going there for years and I live 30+ miles away in Georgia. They are supper helpful and prices are very reasonable. This place is worth the drive.

Great plant selection and friendly staff. I go to buy contractors blend grass for my yard at $125 for 50 pounds its worth the value. The stuff you buy from Walmart or home Depot tends to Mostly be filler and overpriced.

In normal times I would give this business at least a four star rating, but on my recent visit they were only allowing limited customers in to the parking lot and store. The owner explained he had five employees out with covid and another employee had quit that morning. After I selected some plants outside, I went in to pay and only saw two employees working behind the counter. Both behind plexiglass sneeze guards, but no masks. Makes be wonder how much attention they were paying to covid guidelines when their employees got infected. This business is usually a well stocked hardware store with knowledgeable workers and has all sorts of lawn and garden supplies. However I would stay away for now

I purchased a sprayer and first time I tried to use it I found it would not make pressure and leaking around top . I went in to store not for money or replacement just maybe a gasket and without receipt as policy were no help .I went to tractor supply and for $3 gasket they fixed it and Ive always done business with Capps but no longer

Carry a vast variety, from bee keeping all the way to canning. My family and I go out of our way in order to go here for any of our farm needs. Perfect one stop shop for anything you could need on your farm all while supporting a locally owned business.

Picking up caps for canes

I love shopping at B W Capps! They are very helpful. I bought bagged topsoil and was thrilled with the quality! It costs a little bit more than Home Depot but it wasnt full of wood chips like Home Depot. It was rich, black soil. The quality exceeded my expectation.

Great store, 9 times out of 10 they always have what I am looking for. They have great selections for hardware goods. Customer service is awesome, and the are knowledgeable of all products. Only reason they didnt get 5 stars, because they smell is overwhelming for me when I go inside the store.

Was looking for something & kindly asked the guy helping another customer cutting a chain if he could tell or point me in which aisle or direction the product was in & he rudely replied with when I would help you whenever Im finished with this customer I clearly asked him to tell me the aisle or direction which clearly meant he didnt have to move or walk me there just to save him time.

Nice place. Went there for the first time this past weekend to buy some fertilizer for my new foodplots. They read my soil test results and recommended the right fertilizer for my situation. Also, this helped me save some money too because they gave me good advise on how/when to apply. Very competitive prices too. Lot cheaper than many other places including the chain hardware stores! I will be a repeat customer.
