My normal store in Midland, Ga is going through renovation, so I called Phenix City. They have the products I want in stock so I am headed that way. Thanks for the newer, more friendly staff in Midland and the incredibly friendly, helpful Phenix City staff!

They had a lot of things i had no idea what it was or used fir. I lov3d the fact they had clothes and real leather boots. The customer service was good and we enjoyed looking around and seeing live chickadees.

Thankful to have this TC in town. We take our dog with us all the time to shop for our horse, chicken, and dog items. They stay pretty well stocked most of the time.

I needed a 30 pound propane cylinder filled and wasnt sure how to do it. Saw a gentleman tap one of the cashiers on the shoulder so I figured he was a worker and I asked him what I should do. He said Im off today but Ill find somebody and meet me at the gate over there. Joby through the gate filled up the cylinder and had a nice talk with the two of them while I was doing it. Great folks

I rarely go into this store. The one in Midland GA is way cleaner and its way easier to get someone to help you. They dont carry trace mineral but every other store around does.

First off, thank you for enforcing your mask policy. Secondly, every time that have called in to check availability and pricing, you answered the phone quickly and pricing was spot-on when I arrived at the store. I found everything that I needed for my new miniature horse without having to go through the aggravation of ordering online and having to wait for something that may not be what you ordered. This store is much appreciated!

Asked the Employees that were standing at the counter without customers if they had any carts, get told no they guess they are all in the parking lot, made no attempts to accommodate me or others that were looking for cart, if you want my money, witch I spend quite a bit there being a little more Enthused would go along way....not my job to round up your carts I can just go somewhere else, note not all tractor supplies are like this.. Rant over

I love coming here! Im so thankful to have a TSC 5 minutes from my job. This is about the only place I ever go for anything relating to my chickens, dogs and gardening/outdoor equip. And I always wait for the Saturdays that the mobile vet comes to take care of my dogs routine care. The manager is always so kind, even offering to help me load my car! The majority of the employees that I have met have been very personable and helpful. Good folks!

Great place to fill up propane tanks. Will fill up a tank regardless of how much is in the tank upon arrival and only charge for the amount they fill

Rudest service I have ever received at any retail establishment, obviously only 1 of the 2 ASSOCIATES on staff were over worked, have shopped at this store on numerous occasions and have never experienced the quality of service I found. Was planning on purchasing a $600.00 grill, but left with unanswered questions decided to hold off.I realize that people sometimes are having a bad day, but not getting the answers to simple questions was a little more than I was willing to put up with.

I enjoy shopping here because it has my catfood and its close to the house. But they really need to restock the Hills Science Diet can food 7 plus years!!

Since this virus came into effect nobody wants to answer the phones any longer. I waited 10 minutes for someone to pick up the extension to answer a question. Tractor supply isn’t that busy. The person up front could have walked back there to look and answered my question faster than whatever system they have in place.

A great selection of merchandise and well kept store. Prices are high and customer service lacks. Hard to find someone to guide you to products especially for pets

Have always gone and picked up my 🐕 food for them here. Try the 4Health and Victor mix them together 45lbs and 40lbs they love it and youd be amazed by how little they actually eat and thats 2 Great Danes and 2 medium size muts you have nothing to loose just trying it out.

First time ever going into one of their locations....my sister was visiting she said to stop she wanted to get something that was on sale - flea spray for her baby pit bull...I got some for my husky....this spray works better then the flea dips...BUT this 5..99 spray cost me 120.00....I got 4x300 feet of weed controls for the flower beds...I got a reflective dog collar and leash bright orange, a nozzle for the water hose, 3 mini keys with a tape measure up to 6ft....needless to say, I will stop by every once in a while...great store to shop even when you are not looking for a tractor...

Great selection of the supplies you need to take care of your pets and livestock. They also have baby chicks and ducklings occasionally. You can also order them from the online store. I buy my Justin boots there. They have a good selection of boots, jackets and other miscellaneous clothes-all of which are durable, comfortable, well made items. This store is definitely worth checking out.

Went to this location for their Vet Clinic for Gunner’s annual Rabies shot as well as getting him started on all other necessary shots which a service dog requires on an annual basis.Excellent Veterinary care with other free food coupons and other coupons for dog toys and treats.Now offered every other week instead of monthly.

I love this store! The staff knows their stuff and is very helpful. The four stars is because of their prices on some things. Check Amazon and Walmart before you buy. Other than that, I love to shop here.

When this store opend it was great, horse supplies was always in the store. The past 6 month they are lacking in supplements, grass pellets and beet pulp pellets (that is just what i usually buy there). If you ask at the you get always the same answer our truck comes in .... funny the truck never arrives. I am starting to shop at another location.

Great pet friendly place with very helpful employees. Just wish they would have had more of the $10 dog beds available. They had everything else I went for and the employee even checked the back for more beds then went an extra mile and called TS in Columbus for me to see if they had any.

Very poor customer service, I pretty much had to walk around the store for over 30 minutes to find any type of help, And when I finally found what I was looking for I get to the cash register and the young lady is rude as heck I did give them two stars because they had what I was looking for usually Carrie what I am looking for,But looking for good customer service or any type of help thats Not gonna happen

The staff is pretty friendly and the products are always of pretty good quality. But note the word pretty in both of those statements. Meaning it should be pretty cheap instead of rather expensive

The older gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and allowed me to get what I needed even though the store was supposed to close on 5 minutes. Allot of stores would have had doors locked already and the employee would have been upset about another customer.

We used to come here for chicken feed ...Im not sure whats going on with the cashiers now they act like theyre irritated and have attitudes when u ask for help.We went in one day and went to check out I was standing in line with a 50lb bag of feed behind a girl we thought was in line, she turned and told us this line is closed you have to go to the other side she was talking to the lady behind the register apparently she worked there and was having a discussion about someone they didnt like. And just other nasty attitudes have driven our family away from this place.last couple visits weve gotten attitude from employees (Hell Wal-Mart has chicken feed now if I need.)Any ways we dont spend our money at Tractor Supply anymore we go to our local feed store much friendlier people .

They have always helped me find what i need, even if im not real sure of what that is myself. I just tell them i have this problem with my dog, they show me what to get, same with my horses, all the way to the grown duck i have that i bought from them as a little yellow chick.
