First time here and it will be my go to Pool supply store. The level of experience here is uncanny. Not only can you bring your Pool water here for testing but it is detailed. They will tell you exactly what you need and never try to up-sale you at all. The incredibly friendly and nice women are truly professional at their job.

Weve had an above ground pool for over 12 years. Ive had the best luck getting parts the same day from Aquarius pools.when I needed a new skimmer they had many stores nearby and I was able to find one the same day. And they have one of the best pool cover warranties that I know of for above-ground pools. And hey get your water tested for free as a plus.

We had a pool liner put in. They were very professional and kept their word as when their timeline was to be met! Took the time to answer all our questions. Most of all we have a beautiful pool! Thank you so much!

The ladies that work there are always very friendly and go out of their way to help you. I never any trouble getting what I need when I go by there.

Aquarius built my pool in 1996 and for 21 years had great service. No longer, can’t get anyone to even call me back & complete a service. I called again & was told that someone would be @ my house that afternoon or the next day at the latest. Never showed & never called to cancel! Poor customer service!!! Lost this customer!!! I will never be back!!!

So for the most part they are a good store for your pool needs. A few times we have some of the inexperienced employees give advice but we def feel like they are just trying to make money. They test your water and keep a log for you which is why we go back .

We spoke to Aquarius about having a pool installed and even met with them multiple times. They wouldn’t return phone calls and we never heard from them again.

This location is horrible. I have been there twice in the past week to only find out they carry very little at this location. One visit was for 2 flex hose and the other was for pool safety signs.

Always very helpful
