The staff especially Marvin was very professional. He didnt try to foist an unwanted item on me. He answered my questions. I bought the Miele washer and dryer set and I am very happy with my purchase.
I would never buy another product from these people. They are no help with customer service and did not deliver the product as promised.
Marvin has always had more product knowledge than anyone I know. Hes been in the business for decades, catering to the upscale and very specialized appliances for condos and different spaces. BUT not only will he sell you any appliance, but he advised us that waiting until holiday times would result in lower prices as the manufacturer offers discounts. We waited a few weeks for hundreds of dollars off.
Stopped in to look around. Wife and I are just starting a kitchen renovation and this was our first visit to Airs. I was surprised to see that the prices were the same or lower than online, big box pricing. On top of that, Marvin the sales guy was very knowledgeable and very cool. Absolutely no pressure at all. I left without buying anything but will definitely be back to buy our appliances. This kind of old school shop is a beath of fresh air (pun intended).
The attendant seemed more interested in talking with his friend than helping me with apartment sized stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, and refrigerators for my kitchen rennovation. I had to interrupt his conversation to ask him questions and he replied in a way that made me think he would rather talk to his friend including sighing when I asked for a price because he had to get his tablet. I had to ask him for answers rather than him trying to help me and make a sale. I’m not shopping here.
I walked into Airs unsure of if I could afford a new range for my mother (shes really old school and didnt want any of the newer ranges). After some looking around I was approached by a very knowledgeable sales person who was able to help me find a range I thought was perfect for my mother. I was able to put it on lay-a-way for a few months without any monthly payments being due. You pay what you can when you can.When it was time for delivery I was more then please with their very professional delivery men. They even checked all the burners to make sure my unit was working properly!I will be going back to Airs whenever I needed a new appliance!Dont waste your time at those Big Box stores, just go to Airs and theyll take care of you!

I ordered and paid for an air conditioner on 20 August and was promised delivery in a few days. On August 26th I was told (after 2 calls) that I would have it on August 27. On the 27th I was told it was in our New York warehouse. Are they liars or just incompetent? I had to cancel the installer Ihired!
Wouldnt describe the salesman I worked with as patient or kind.
