Stopped in last night to pick up some crafting supplies for a kids science project. Store was well organized and well stocked. Staff were helpful and locating things for us. The only complaint would be only two cashiers at the front and no self checkout functionality.

I love craft stores. Michael’s would not be my first choice, but there are not many left in business after COVID pandemic. So Michaels is my only option. Some merchandise is not fully stocked, and they refer you to their website. But for online shopping I prefer Amazon.

This place is cool but they sure dont have the selection that AC Moore had wish they were still open😢 but other than that they have the best employees they will go above and beyond to help you people if you visit the Roosevelt boulevard location and need help with anything make sure you ask if Allen is working this gentleman sure does no a lot about crafts especially ceramics this location is a must if you are stuck going to Michaels for all you crazy crafts, party supplies and whatever else you need (REMEMBER PEOPLE TO ASK FOR) Allen

Wow!! I went and everything I bought had a discount. Much cheaper than other locations I checked online. Great customer service.

We went in looking for sublimation mugs. We found a Circuit brand and another brand. We wanted to know if both could be used for sublimation. We ask we store employees and they all pretty much said they had to idea. I feel that the employees should have some knowledge of the products that are in the store to which they work. We ended up getting both despite the difference in price.

I went there looking for copper tape. I had gone several places. So happy to say they had just what I was looking for. The salesperson was very helpful too in helping me locate it in the store.

Very clean, the people that work there are very helpfull. Some.things are quite pricey and can be found next door at Walmart for a better priceAlso when in line pull up a quick coupon online, there are always coupons forn20% of 1 item... great inventory !!!

I like the store, BUT the art supplies including the pencils and markers should have more available and filled. When I went to Michaels for one pencil they never have it available, the reason everytime is when the shipment comes. Never that Ill check in the back, to be more customer service oriented

Overall shopping experience was great. There was no line to get it. The selection of flowers were good. Just wish there was more in stock. The young lady associate did scan an look for us in inventory. The shopping experience was great. The bathrooms were clean. The checkout associate was very friendly and nice. I only gave the 4 stars because of inventory. Happy shopping :)

I have only been to this Michaels a couple of times. The staff is very helpful. On this recent visit, it looked like some items were low on stock or out of stock -- not their fault, of course. I saw some signs in the section where paints are typically kept that apologized for having certain things out of stock. Thats kind of them.The store is roomy, and everything is organized in a way that supplies are easy to find.

Had exactly what I was look for and even more to help make my project better. Wonderful staff, very help!

Now with A.C. MOORE gone, we only have Michaels to shop at. Some things are pretty pricy, not alot of selections like the other craft store, maybe its just this location.

They have a beautiful array of ribbons perfect for embellishments of every kind. They have enough options for just about every kinda crafty idea. I wish the store was better lit & updated. If you going in with a happy mindset, youll see alot of everything.....I am trusting to return to get a Golden Girls coloring book

Theyre holding onto what they can. A lot of supplies arent available because of reasons Im sure are important. Still, they have a decent amount of supplies and still retain a decent amount of shoppers coming in and out so it doesnt feel like one of those liminal spaces videos all over YouTube. Some products are on sale, so if you like to shop but arent a lazy sod and actually like to use your legs, come on down to Michaels on the Roosevelt Boulevard!

I was remodeling a room in my house and wanted to place a hoarder on a wall, so I went into Michaels. I wasnt sure if I was going to go with wall paper or not then I found a stencil that not only saved me some money, it matches a design in the carpet in the room perfectly. Still have a few things to fix but love it.

This is the nicest Michaels I’ve ever been in. It had a nice modern design and everything was labeled and organized well. The store seem clean and the staff was really helpful. They have small convenient shopping carts to your right when you go through the foyer. Located near Walmart and Lowes.

Typical art store. They are slightly pricey but they always have sales and coupons available.

I havent been to Michaels in quite awhile. I used to visit this store almost weekly. Moving away, coupled with COVID-19 restrictions limited my outings. My main craft is crochet. Missing was much of the yarn I worked with in the past, Patons Grace is disappearing; Michaels Snuggly Wuggly is another favorite. Im glad to see Cotton Fair, just wish there was more in stock off the same color. Im glad to see more yarn #1, #2 for delicate baby clothes, dresser scarves, pillowcase edging. I noticed a lack of new needlepoint books, also. I know the dearth of supplies will be rectified now that things are resembling normal again. The rest of the store seemed pretty well stocked. Michaels is a great store to browse for crafting ideas. The sales people have always been pleasant.

Love it here. Too dangerous for me to get myself in there to buy all 9f the crafting stuff.

Be prepared to find the product you are looking for from a pool of items. It took me 30 mins to find glue gun!!!

Very conveniently located however the appearance of the store was a but dim...shouldnt a Crafty store be better Lit? The prices were also higher then Id expected. I found everything that I was looking for but I felt like I was rummaging at a going out of business sale in a basement..on a good note spring decor is available 🌻

They have a very large variety of arts and crafts supplies, along with custom framing for any size picture along with cake and candy molds and supplies.

Sell various vase styles (More than the current styles they offer. Especially since crafting has increased due to being stuck in the house because of the pandemic.) A.C. Moore had an aisle filled with vases on both sides. Sell the plaster columns. A.C. Moore sold those on sale $10 or 19.99 reg price. They even had a few sprayed painted silver or gold on sale $19.99 or $29.99 reg price. I miss A.C. Moore. 😩

Nice store where you can find many great stuff for handcraft, painting and also they have a framing shop in the back of the store. However, that framing shop is very expensive.

I would have rated it a four, but the store was a mess. I know that the weekend before Christmas, stores are very busy. However, I used to shop at A C Moore which was a direct competitor until they closed. A C Moore was always a neat store no matter what time of year.

Sometimes the store is disorganized and it can be hard to find what Im looking for, but i think thats probably due to covid and the lack of staff. Besides that, who doesnt love Michaels?

Did not have wreath,s other than Christmas. Bought a wreath and made my own. Prices were good.

I must say, the manager in the framing department is amazing. She is very professional and knows her stuff. I have had many questions regarding sizes for my pictures that needed framing. She surely knows her stuff. If I can work with her all the time, I will.

I had to leave. I waited for someone to help me with the Criqut merchandise so I didnt buy my Christmas give to someone. It wasnt even busy and it look like they had two workers. I will try a different location next time.

Looking for stencils for hearts and hummingbird s couldnt find.

12/24/20 @ 3pm POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked around for 30minutes and couldnt find no one on the floor to help me. Cashiers refused to call a customer service representative to the floor to help me. 30 minutes later a white guy with a big coat on claimed that he worked there. He told me that he was the only person on the floor and I had to find the item myself. He then walked away outside to a car.

Michaels is sandwiched between Walmart & Best Buy. So if u here anyway, its convenient. They now has an app & a buyers club if you frequent them enough to take advantage of the sales discounts. I dont, but they do carry single unit Posca paint pens & other art supplies at a pretty reasonable price. When I went there this time their inventory was low so rather than wait for em to restock or order online, I went to JoAnns...they close by each other so it worked okay for me & I didnt hafta wait.

Dont get me wrong they have many things that you need.im just a frugal shopper.i will get my card stock there and other craft items that I need there.and I would buy all the farmhouse items they have but Im a crafter so Im going to make it myself not the same but close.

They didnt have anything I was looking for. First time I go into a craft store and co.e out empty handed. My miss ACMoore. 😒

The stores customer service was pleasant enough my only complaint was that they didnt have a lot of variety in stock on paint markers which I came to purchase.

The store is Kind of a Mess. You cant find Anything. I also I only seen the Employees, by the Register and Nowhere else. If you are looking for well anything Happy Hunting. Cause its the only.way you are going to find anything IF they have it.

Curbside pickup was the worst. Waited for about 15mins before calling and being told to go in and pick up my order. Went in and waited another 15mins for my order. I would have been better doing the shopping myself...
