If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have done business with this company for years and this was my very first time needing to refund an item. Based on the customer service alone, they have lost a customer. We called to inquire about a refund that was supposed to be applied to our account and was met by a VERY rude customer service representative. She told us that it is store credit only and it was our fault for not reading the fine print. I TRIED to explain that the part was returned in person in Westville and was told we would receive a refund. I say “tried” because the woman would not let me speak. Eventually, she simply put the phone down and walked away from the conversation and complained to another person in the office very loudly. I told the woman she was behaving unprofessionally and asked to speak to someone else. I was told she was the ONLY person there today to assist me. I told I heard her speaking to someone else and she responded they could not help me. I tried to get an explanation as to why I wasn’t told this information during my return and she stated that they don’t say it unless we ask specifically. After some more awful customer service, she hung up. I tried to call back several times and she screened my calls. Eventually the call was picked up by a man who stated he didn’t know who she was although she could be heard in the background. This man (Chris) was also rude and condescending. He refused to acknowledge that he knew her name (which I believe to be Eva) or acknowledge the fact that she claimed to be the only person capable to assist me. I would like to add that she told me several times that she was “too busy” for our conversation. This has been the very WORST customer experience. I will no longer be giving my business to this company.
