The service advisor wasππΌβ but they could have better communication with the Warranty Co. My πwas@t the dealership almost 24 hrs before my apt, after getting my π towed there. After my battery replacement, I was to get old one to return to Chapman Chevrolet where I purchased it, but they didnβt return πto me as asked. Otherwise remaining service was excellent as well as service advisorπ
Always have my car service at Hessert Chevrolet because Im guaranteed a professional service as always. Went in for a oil change and tire rotation but, realized I had a slow leak in one of my Tires they repaired it free of charge for me! Thanks Ron, for being so professional and cordial through the whole process.
I made an appointment online weeks in advance for my car to be inspected at 10am. I made sure to set the appointment TWO HOURS in advance of my other appointment that I had later that day at 12pm. It was 11:15am and they hadnβt even looked at my car yet! I ended up leaving at 12:30pm, late for my other plans which not only inconvenienced MYSELF but also those who were waiting on me. For an HOUR AND A HALF these pre-evolution simpletons did absolutely no work. I wasted an hour that I can never get back. No one showed any genuine concern or haste. My time was disrespected and I will not be returning. I donβt recommend making an appointment with this service center. All that being said, Rey was very helpful and reassured me that he was working on getting the issue resolved. I really appreciated all he did for me including ensuring that I received compensation for my wasted time.

I would definitely use this Service Department again. Arthur was exceptionally helpful and very professional. I have a specialty vehicle and as soon as Arthur found out he made sure I would have no fears or apprehension about having my show vehicle serviced. He made sure I knew exactly who was servicing my vehicle and assured me that he had the proper certifications before I even asked. That let me know how aware he was regarding my vehicle. He also went above and beyond to get me in right away when I had previously been informed that I would have to wait for two weeks. Great customer awareness and service!!!
My vehicle had a recall - missing bolts. They had to check the vehicle and provide bolts if missing. My car had all its :-) Customer service was excellent throughout and they provided clean open space to wait. Will start using this place to do routine car maintenance from now on.
Went to Hessert Chevy to obtain a new extended warranty on my truck. Because I had a problem with my old one. Saw the agent & he explained several options for a new one with me. In the mean time, I had my truck in service. They also checked my truck for a previous issue I had. All this was done in a timely manner & guys were friendly.
Everyone was very knowledgeable of what I was asking. I was there for a car remote placement. Excellent customer service.
Planned to get more things done but after my first estimate of cost and labor for two sensor I had to back out.. My truck needed a oil pump and they basically refused to repair and continue to suggest and recommend a whole motor, which was beneficial for the mechanics and the business but not for me because thatβs something that was not in my budget. I expected things to be pricey but did not except to have to replace my motor with 137,000 original miles which has no issues except for the oil pump..I just wish more things on my list couldβve been repaired but it seemed like they were only interested in doing the simplest things since I declined a motor change. I had two sensors replaced which took 5 days highly disappointed thinking I would go to the dealer for piece of mind opposed to going to a local mechanic well I guess I was wrong, I was willing to pay more than I would with a typical mechanic for guaranteed service but it clearly wasnβt the case..
Excellent customer service. My car decided to break down the day before a 9 hour boards exam and I was able to get an appointment & get a diagnosis and repair without issue or extra stress. The staff was kind and very helpful! Ron had me back on the road in no time.
I had an appointment at 7:30 on Monday morning they didnt check my car until Wednesday evening told me my pieces will be there Thursday Thursday they told me my pieces will be there Friday Friday they told me my pieces will be there Saturday Saturday I had to call them they did not call me and when I called them they told me my car was ready you told me was my car was $300 more than what I originally was told when I got there it was the original price overall they are horrible the communication is there and the only person that was good was the receptionist I hated my experience this time
This business was professional I was able to have my oil changed and rotate my tiresThey plug one tire that had a nail in itLastly, my safety and Emissions was completedI still need my rear camera serviced and will make a future appointment

Had appointment for oil change @ 3pm for close to a week. When I got there they were very busy but it was told to me up front that theyd been extremely slammed and there would be about a 45 minute wait before they could get to my car. So, I asked where somewhere I could walk to for a bit would be and got some directions. They finished my service at 4:15, about 1h15 after getting there, including the 45 minute delay, so 30m of actual service time which is perfectly acceptable. The staff were all friendly and professional and the place was very clean.So, in short, they were definitely overbooked for my appt, but with just that little communication up front about it, it didnt bother me, so even with the delay no reason to knock any stars off.
I really do like coming here to Hessert Chevrolet. Ive had several services done to my vehicles at this dealership. Each time I am here, I am treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. My β17 Equinox wouldnβt start. I was able to get it started, and headed to the service department to ask that they check the battery. I was greeted, my battery was checked and replaced, all under 2 hours!!
It was my first time having my car serviced since I purchased it. Everyone was very friendly and I received great customer servuce until I went to the parts department to ask a question about some paint. The lady behind the counter was busy with a customer, the guy was just sitting there drinking water and looking at me. It wasnβt until another customer came in and went right up to him that I realized he worked there. I stood in line for about 10 minutes and he never once said a word to me until after he was done with that customer! He said βnextβ.. Horrible customer service!

It took longer than it has in the past..I was very early but I waited longer than I should have for just an oil change. I waited close to 2 hours but that never happened before. Other than the long wait everyone is very nice and respectful.. I love Hessert Cheverlot and I wouldnt go any where else to buy a car or to have it serviced..

I made a appt for diagnostic .. .. went in for appt .. a few hours later they called with problem .. was able to get estimates.. everything handled professionally.. service was completed and picked up my car the very next evening i am highly pleased with this service .. they just gained a forever customer .. when I went in to pick up everything went great except for rude vibes from the cashier I was not pleased with her .. I just dont think everybody is honest. its OK to make a mistake. Be accountable for it.. but if you make a mistake and lie about it, it make the owner of the vehicle responsible, Not the dealership.. that makes the person feel like they did something wrong. The dealership gets the heat back when a customer walks away feeling like they have been lied to so now they want to return with taking the whole business down.. a cap was lost the last time I was there.. Small thing but they told me I did it...π Therefore I had an awful experience.. And I had a friend get an Impala for there two weeks ago...π€

I went there to have my car serviced they kept my car from 8:00 Thursday morning till I decided enough is enough on Friday evening and went to get my car they had not called me to tell me what was wrong but when I get there they tells me they still had to put my car back together from checking the transmission and that the mechanic had already left so they couldnβt have it ready until some time Saturday morning well they didnβt know my husband was outside and when he called me he asked them if they had taken the fuel pan off they said no he told them to bring my car out now and they got my car in less then five minutes they had an estimate of over 6,000.00 for repairs saying I need a new transmission and they couldnβt even show us where they had done an diagnostic neither could they tell us how they determine I needed a new transmission this is now June 2021 Iβm still driving my cat no problems this was in April 2021 be careful they will rip you off

2 hrs. For an oil change is ridiculous other than that the service shop was very clean and professional and the employees were very nice.
The mechanics doing maintenance here tried to scam me. Stated that I had a part missing from my car when it wasnβt missing, and upcharged the cost of the part ridiculous amounts assuming Iβm naive and that Iβd just spend the money. I confronted the guy at the desk who tried to tell me that a light bulb for my Buick was a ballast. Two completely different items and I sincerely hope it was just a mistake on his part rather than an attempt to take advantage of me, which I highly doubt. After telling him I wasnβt sure how I felt about everything, he eagerly told me to take my car and leave. I think I caught him in the act and he was hoping I wouldnβt make a big deal out of it. I wouldnβt recommend this place to anybody.
