I like ordering OEM parts and being able to pick them up at a dealership and save myself shipping. However, I hate that I have to drive there every time I need to order something. Come on, this is 2021. I should be able to order something online and just drive to the dealership to pick it up. The dealership is not very close to my home so its no fun making two trips to order and pick up a part. And Im not asking for something that other dealerships arent already doing. I really hope they take this into consideration because I think it would be good for their business. There are times I just go to the nearest auto parts store and buy aftermarket stuff to avoid the hassle of making two not-so-short trips to the dealership.

I purchased my car from this dealer to find out a month later the battery was bad. They charged about $300 to replace it even after stating it would be covered under the extended warranty. I quote “this covers your bumper to bumper even electrical or if you some how damage it.” Then I schedule and appointment for an oil change and they claim it takes normally an hour and a half to change the oil even if it’s scheduled. It makes no sense it doesn’t take that long to change oil. Their service department is subpar

I bought a 2016 Chrysler 200 here about 2-1/2 months ago that came with a 30 day warranty. A few days ago, I took the car there because the brakes were making a strange noise, plus the service light came on indicating the air bag system needed to be serviced, and the sun roof stops mid-closure. I was told the warranty didnt cover those things. For a car that was purchased a short while ago, I believe Ive been ripped off. During the inspection, they had to have seen that the brakes were on their way out and should have replaced them. I would take the car back but I dont have the time or funds to go looking for another vehicle. I am extremely dissatisfied.
