This family owned business apparently cant handle family emergencies and still be polite and helpful to their prospective customers. Was supposed to come to our house today to give an estimate - never showed up and when we called, person on phone was very rude and hung up because we didnt understand having a family member go through a kidney transplant even though we knew nothing about it because NO ONE CALLED US TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. Needless to say, well be going elsewhere for our awning.

How do you lose someones existing awning frame and act like its not a big deal, and still owes me money! Also very rude and unprofessional...
