There were only 2 people at the register in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. I was behind at least 30 customers in line, possibly more. The only reason I stayed in line was due to me needing black pants for a wedding I was attending later that day. It took me over 40 minutes to get to the register. I’m never coming back again.

Nothing has really been back in stock since they re-opened. Whole shelves and rows are empty still when competitors are fully stocked.

Great team work and managers are great fast and really nice

I love the things they have here but the line was ridiculous. Only 2 cashiers and we were waiting in line for almost an hour to checkout.

Everything looked great and great pricing but as a woman i need to actually be able to try on the clothes because we have so many different body types we cannot just buy clothes off the rack and it fit perfectly like with men .. really disappointed bc i was so looking forward to shopping here again. i realize the pandemic but if we are shopping we are shopping at our own risk anyway so might as well open the fitting rooms back up since we are in phase 3 already...on a positive note i do look forward to returning once fitting rooms open back up again so i can be confident in my purchases.

Burlington Coat Factory on Williams is massive in size, but extremely messy and unorganized. Also, the home section is very short of product.You can still find great items at great discounts if you have the patience to look through it all.

30 MINUTES IN LINE TO RETURN AN ITEM ....i had to wait in the CHECKOUT lane to return my items..The lines are horrific. 60 to 70 ft of a line and it was twice as long around the other rack that divided the lines. 4 to 5 lanes open to check out. I like the store but I CANT DO THE CHECKOUT LINES!!!!!

I am in the line of check out and it’s horrible.they are short staffed. And no self checkout.

Theyre seem to be remodeling or something. And if you want to try on anything before you buy, well you can forget about it. The fitting rooms are closed until further notice. Ive already had to do 3 returns because something didnt fit the way I like it to. But all the employees were very nice and very helpful.

It is a great place to shop for brand new stuff for less.They have plenty of variety. Men,women, kids, clothes, shoes, accessories, home decor,.... Great place to find special gift.You must take time when going there to make good deal. If rushing, you may not be satisfied.

I dont understand if the store closes at 1 am THEN IT SHOULD CLOSE AT 1 am!!!! Not at 11:30 pm

Enjoyed my shopping experience until it was time to checkout. Three cashiers open with about 40 customers in line waiting to pay on a Saturday afternoon.

This time of year is always busy however I didnt see this one coming. I was offended by an employee on how i parent with my child. She stopped me as I was minding my own business and asked me if I thought having my 1 year old attached to me using the baby walk belt was necessary? I replied he is very active and will mess up the store or run off. She then made another comment stating that I was doing too much. I was was speechless and confused because i didnt ask for her opinion. What offended me really was how upset she got with me. As if Im not doing my job as a parent correctly !! Also when she seen that I was looking at her name tag she covered it up. !!! Just messed up my whole day of finishing off the rest of my Christmas shopping.

Customer service is extremely poor. The employees hardly acknowledge the presence of customers; no smiles, no greetings. The store is more organized now. And compacted. They closed off half of the store so you dont feel like youre walking a mile around the facility.

I hate the long lines but theyre never going to change. I always go here for luggage.

Good for a Burlington. At least this one isnt covered in feces (unlike my experiences in the West Bank store). Decent selection, great prices, competent staff. Cashiers are very chatty, though, and slow down the lines.

Store is well organized, clean and sections are clearly marked. The manager and staff members are friendly and helpful..customer service is key...They have a lot or a little bit of everything...great selection..

Sizes were easy to find in all sections.. Shoes were VERY organized. They could use better lighting and doors that lock in the fitting room, but was extremely clean. CLEAN BATHROOMS!!

I like the merchandise uniqueness and prices. Customer service needs improvement. I usually shop at this store during evenings and I never see any sale associate for any assistant. I only see then when is close to closing time.

So much of a selection in every department! Many discounted items. They have really great prices and a staff that cares. They had ALL of their registers open when I was there to better take care of their customers. I was also asked if I needed help to find anything. I love shopping here! I had the opportunity to visit your location in Kenner, Louisiana. I was very disappointed to discover the ABSENCE of one SINGLE African American doll or any doll of ethnic origin in this location. As I looked around during my visit, one could not help but to notice the STRONG ethnic presence; both workers and shoppers. There was scarcely one Caucasian American to be found. I believe in instilling the absolutely highest self regard in both of my grandchildren via toys, programming, books, history, cultural submersion, etc. How primitive to see the choices your chain has chosen as representation of the Kenner community frequenting that location. DO BETTER!!!

Always got what I am looking for. But the cash register line is always long. Overall a good place to shop for clothes especially if your a big guy.

Horrible customer service!!! The worst person there is the store manager Karen she doesnt care one bit how she talks to the customers, but she puts on a act of kindness to impress big spenders tho... Its not just about making money its about having compatible customer service also we the customers are very important to the company and u hope you figure that out...

Today a very nice woman who works at Burlington helped my wife with very large mirror. She brought it to the register and even helped put it in the trunk. This is great customer service that needs to be recognized.

Everything is priced so greatly. Its easy to find something you may need or want.

When I go to Burlington, I always remember why I hate Burlington. Dirty, low quality products, very little in business casual wear. And the line is always long with very few cashiers. Badly done all around.

Rude and late. Waited until 9:35am for them to open then when I knocked on the door to get let in they said it isnt open yet as it is not time. When I informed them that is was already after 9:30, their scheduled time to open, they just put their hand up saying 5 more mintues. I left because I can go elsewhere to get my stuff. I dont need to be treated that way.
