I quickly stopped in on my travels, and the sales person was nice and attentive. She let me pick whatever I wanted from the groups of flowers. It was reasonably priced. The shop had a decent size of selection and flowers seemed to be well preserved. Overall a nice experience.

Stopped in to buy flowers for my wife to surprise her after having a bad day and ill tell you the service was amazing but the flowers and the flower selection is even more than I expected. I bought a dozen roses and when asked how I wanted them to be arranged I was really happy and satisfied with how it was done. I will definitely be coming back in the near future for Any and all my flower needs. Thank you soo much for the great service

Ordered flowers ahead of time for Easter. I had no idea what I wanted other than something bright. The ladies showed me several flowers that would look good together and were honest with what would look terrible. The bouquet was HUGE. You could tell it was made with a lot of care. Worth the price. Would absolutely go back there again.

Website had no problem taking order even though they were out of flowers. Needless to say I had to call to find out they were canceled instead of them calling the number or using the email provided. What a joke! Never using this place again!

Very disappointed. I called to order an arrangement for a birthday.Ask the cost and was told price ranges.I picked the mid one . Was told it would be a nice size arrangement.When discussing types of flowers she suggested sunflowers and a few others. More along a fall arrangement. I told her I did NOT want any sunflowersand suggested the flowers I would like.Told her I wanted a lighter color scheme .She agreed and said that would be fine.Was sent a picture of the arrangement from the birthday girl.Full of sunflowers, fall color flowers and not worth the price I was chsrged.I have never posted a complaint before but felt this was warranted.😠

I was happy to see you offered Mothers Day delivery, as you were the only florist I found to offer this service. Well, it is now 9pm on Mothers Day and nothing has been delivered. No call, no text, no email all day to inform me of any issues with the delivery. I find it unprofessional and irresponsible to offer a service, take payment, and not follow thru on your side of the agreement! Dont worry about delivering them now, I will be calling my CC to cancel payment tommorrow. Thanks for a unhappy Mothers Day!

Bought flowers this Valentines day in that shop. There was a long line of people but one of the ladies greeted me right away and told me if I want a custom made the wait will be amount 20 minutes or I can pick from one of the pre-made arrangements if I dont want to wait. There was about 20 different vases, baskets, bouquets of different sizes to choose from. I picked the one I liked and she rang me up right away. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Great service! The arrangement was a large vase with 15 tall roses and some fillers. The flowers looked fresh and perfect. 5 days later they still look nice. I will definitely use them again.

I have used them in the past. The florist knows what she is doing and her arrangements are quite good. When I have gotten flowers people ask where I get them from because they turn out great ever time. They would 5 starts but the price is high But you get what you pay for, customer service and quality.

I was in a jam not too long with arrangements for my wedding. Our original florist backed out on us at the last minute. Victoria Flower Company helped us out tremendously. The arrangements where beautiful and the service was wonderful. Would recommend to anyone!

Just stopped in to get a bouquet for Mothers Day. First thing the girl asks how much Im willing to pay I told her the max that I would pay is $50, Ive had very nice arrangements done there before for way less. She throws in some roses and ugly dead looking stems that dont complement the roses. The lady that put it together tried her best but the flowers where just the worst combination together. Im literally embarrassed to give it to my mom. And guess what she charged me $50 plus for the most distasteful flowers Ive seen in my life. They just lost a customer.

Great overall experience. Called from NYC to see if they could decorate for a bday party and their staff was very knowledgeable and offered their advice and expertise. They were very easy to work with especially considering Im not local and the prices were very affordable. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Ill definitely use VFC for all of my future events/occasions.

Yesterday I bought pink roses from them, the florist Katerina convinced that the aroma and freshness were excellent, the smell was the first 4.6 hours in the morning the roses were like garbage, all the buds were flabby open, withered petals, about the fragrance-impression of this flower shop is simply PORN .Do you want Flowers of Your Beloved?
