Nice father and son(s) shop. They did a great job. 1 star deduction for lack of/no email response. Needs to check emails often or not give out the email address. I would definitely use their services again.

This is my 2nd experience with Urban Attraction this year. Their customer service has been consistently impeccable and the quality is clearly visible in their product. They were able to produce some custom tees for my wifes vacay getaway on extremely short notice! We later returned for an order for our business and were once again wowed by their quality and turnaround. The team at Urban Attraction has definitely earned our business for the foreseeable future.

Placed order on 8-26-21 for a custom t-shirt and license plate. Left my deposit and was told I would get proofs in 24hrs. On 8-28-21 I call because I got no proofs. The dad owner stated Ill call you when its ready. 🛑 I still waiting on proofs. When will proofs be ready? He said sometime today..okkayyy I said would it be before 3pm I need the order by today.Ill call you when its ready..okayyyy I have a customer. Rushing me off the phone.He should have said I have a customer can I call u back? No instead he said this is becoming stressful come get ya deposit and go somewhere else 😂🤯🛑 I want you to do the job! I just need it today🛑 Come get ya deposit and go somewhere else. 🤯 Customer always right 🙄🛑Waste of time, lack of customers service and commication. Never again.
