Crystal Findings assisted me with my order by calling me on the phone. I received my items sooner than expected. The bead are breathlessly beautiful and the packaging was out of this world. Each set of beads was packed in a small hard plastic case that is reusable. I am delighted!

First the good, then Ill share the bad. I ordered from this company, and received very fast shipping, that is, after some problems with the order and in contacting them/me. Once that was resolved, my order arrived pretty fast. The beads were packed well in the box and in very good condition.Ok, so the bad...and this is why I didnt give 5 stars.... The website isnt updated, so what you see is not always what youll get. Two colors of one style of bead was not available, but I didnt know that because it wasnt noted on the site as such, and therefore, when I ordered, my order wasnt processed because there wasnt any stock in the bead color I ordered. Next, they called me (after I made payment already with a credit card) to tell me that they were out. So, money spent, and I had to make a different color selection. At no point did they offer a refund, or a different style of bead to me, or any discount for the inconvenience. Nothing. Not a Im sorry, or anything. This was extremely irritating to me. Plus, the icing on the cake is that I also got an email, and since the call came in while I was at work and couldnt answer my phone, I looked at my email, and used the phone number off the email to return their call.Apparently, they dont update their email either, because the phone number on their email was wrong. So, I left a message with I dont know who, with my name and phone number. Nice. Good thing I emailed them as well, because they called me again, stating they never received my phone call. I sent the email back to them to alert them that theyve got the wrong phone number on their email to their clients (very unprofessional). No response. This does not make me a happy customer. It does not appear that they value their customers at all.Now, they did have some beads in stock that I couldnt find anyplace else. Ill give them that, and they were a good price. But, after my experience (this is my first experience with them), I dont know that Ill actually get what I order.Not happy.

Shipping is usually exceptionally fast! The only complaint I have is I spend an exponential amount of money with this company as well as others and I never receive coupons. Just my personal opinion but companies should value customer loyalty .
