Absolutely love and adore this place! Bought a Bluetooth record player and it works amazing and even found some records of some of the most iconic bands. Im in love with them. The staff is usually pretty helpful as well

I loved the movie snack food particularly the very dark chocolate mixed with popcorn which was the best popcorn I have ever had! And the prices werent bad but the signage is a bit confusing with which were included in the bargains. We think we didnt get the correct discounts at checkout but were late for a movie and had to keep going.

I would give 5☆ just on Customer Service. The Employees have been Awesome. The last few times Ive been there. There was a Goof on my Receipt, but thats the Computers fault. Figures & Merch are far and few in between.

They have meats their that you find no where else. They actually have a butcher their who knows what in sausage and they do not put sugar in it. He makes it himself

If your looking for movies of any sort, this is the place to go for new n used, the staff is very friendly n helpfull so dont waste time looking for that movie just ask them to look it up for you, also its located inside the mall witch is a big plus during the hot or cold months there is also a Walmart rite next door.

Entirely pointless business, maybe if you’re 12 and one of those “I was born in the wrong generation” kids, maybe you should go here. They’re membership is an absolute trap that will have you paying $11.99 a month, and then random $6 charges here and there for magazines, and then randomly charge you $77 for those same magazines. Don’t bother, just use Spotify. Absolute waste of a store.

Cool stuff but sadly their entirely WAYY too expensive! Theres been MANY times Ive seen multiple items I would have LOVED to purchase but then I saw their price. Sorry but Ill wait it until it pops up on clearance! Which we know will happen because it almost always happens. Unfortunately by that time though Ive moved on.

The best FYE around that still has that old school feel. I usually find what I am looking forward plus. But of course I am always looking forward rad cds. Cant wait to go back and See who I find next.

Excellent products. But most of them are diminished from the display. Now you dont see the items they had before in the past. It seems like the store was redone and most of the headphones disappeared.

Staff was weird. A Customer was far more helpful to me.. but I love these kind of stores. Its a shame to see them all fade away, I hope fye will last

Staff was great, you could tell they worked around things they loved. I got into conversations with 2 of them about various entertainment pieces and had a good time. Really loved and appreciated the highly extensive movie collection. I spent a little over an hour looking through them all while wired om caffeine.

Everything is expensive, looks run down and the staff looks at you like if youre going to steal something. Really turns me off from even looking around.

They have a decent selection BUT need to train a report has better had to be respectful and helpful they have an older lady that works there blonde little have you said she is very rude and disrespectful like youre bothering her by coming into the store.

Il like this store. They have a good selection considering that consumers download everything now. The staff is friendly and motivated. I have not been here in months, so I am not even sure that they are still around. The Internet is putting retailers like this out of business.

If you were a fan of the wall years ago this store picks up where they left off. Great oddities. I always stop in to check out the vinyl selection vsome items are wildly overpriced so always check Amazon before purchasing.

I dont like being scammed into things. Cashier at the Oxford Valley store tells me my item was an extra 10 percent off. Then by the end of the transaction she hands me a packet and tells me to make sure I call some toll free number to cancel the VIP pass that she secretly signed me up for so I wont be charged. I was never asked if I wanted to sign up to begin with. Very sneaky. No wonder she was being so friendly during the whole transaction. Will not be going back.

My son and I love FYE! They always carry the stuff that no one else really does and its like traveling back in time for me when I see some of the items they carry

Very sad that more people dont buy CDs and movies anymore. I still love searching the bins and seeing what I can find.

I phoned the store to check what Ron English and Jason Freeny toys they had available, before I decided to make the 1 hour journey to the store. Apparently this was impossible as they did not have time for me nor were they willing to help me even if I called back later.

Racist staff. The fat white female manager who works there racially profiled me, and kicked me out of the store for carrying a backpack, suspecting that I was either a thief, or was carrying a concealed weapon. Needless to say, I want nothing to do with this store anymore.Apparently, theyre running a scam as well with their VIP membership. Sending out your CC info to magazine companies and charging you top dollar for magazine subscriptions. Nice.

I had a poor experience at this store on more than one occasion. The older female manager is very rude & unpleasant. She always seems bothered when helping customers. The store is usually in disarray as well. It was hard to find things because there were so many items out of place & scattered throughout the store.

Nothing is in the right spot when it comes to the movies and music I found an eminem album both same edition and one was 17 dollars and the other was 8 dollars

I wanted to get seasons 7 & 8 of Dragonball Z but they didnt have season 8, so I got season 9. Both were used sets. Disc 1 in the season 7 collection was damaged in a way that the last 3 episodes couldnt be seen. Havent tried any of the season 9 discs yet.

It is very nice lots of old cds and vinyls in the back even some laserdiscs. I had found 3 blank cassettes and a cassette player there is alao vinyl players plus many collectable goods

Disgusting and dirty. Floor all ripped up and stained. Have to watch where you walk in there otherwise youll trip on the ripped up carpet. Not much of a selection there. Other fye stores are so much better.
