I was asked to purchase some garments from the store online . The website was seamless and item were descriptive. My order shipped immediately. Unfortunately the items had to be returned via UPS . The staff / manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent Customer Service . I will most definitely will purchase again .

I like most of their products and their prices are great. I ordered previously and had no issues. This time I ordered a black musk. It says 100% uncut. I know black musk. This oil was definitely cut. I can barely smell it and it is very thin. I dont know if they cut it or they bought it already cut, but this oil is certainly cut and it certainly is not worth the price I paid. Ill avoid their oils.

Made my first online purchase. In the beginning, everything was fine. Then I had to return a few items and it went down hill from there. Purchased in January and they still havent sent me the item or replied back to me. Sent 3 emails. They even owe me money. The only reason for the 2 stars is that the clothing was nice and the prices are good. I am angry with them. Youve been warned. Dont buy online.

I ordered 7 prayer rugs from them during Ramadan but the post office had issues with delivering my package and sent it back to the the company. I emailed them several times letting them know what happened with my order number and letting them know my package was at the post office in P.A and a price to reship it to me . No response from them at all....Edited:I have not received any email had I received it I would never have posted this..Please send the email again

Who doesnt love the Islamic Place? If youre Muslim and live in Philadelphia how can you not shop here? They literally have everything you need and its all organized so well. Rather extensive Islamic library regarding classical and contemporary Sunni sources. Very fashionable clothing section and large variety of imported goods.

I like this store for the hijab under scarves and khimars. I don’t care much for their Abayat though. One time I was treated poorly by the young boy who was working there who insinuated I was stealing, asifirgallah, but the older man who works there is a gem and so kind, MashAllah. One thing though, I think Yusuf Islam is great but hearing his kid songs on repeat is enough to drive one insane 😓

Culture is a very unique experience from fashion to food . this particular store is in the heart of west Philadelphia 52nd and chestnut there are all kinds of Eastern Islamic fashions. Their prices are very reasonable they have all kind of costemics soaps shampoos skin products all made naturally without chemicals. the service is good the people are both middle eastern and African. if you are away from home and looking for a Islamic cultural experience 52nd street between spruce and market has a very fashionable marketplace.

Masha Allah, there are so many items to choose from and they come in many colors. Its hard to find a white niqab, even online, but I found one here. They also have shaylas and one-piece slip-on shaylas in many colors. If you look for one-pieces on Amazon, theyre more expensive and dont have as many color options. Alhamdulillah The Islamic Place isnt a far walk from my house because I will purchase more shaylas from them in the future Insha Allah.

I love going here when in town, staff is welcoming and friendly. There are too many selections of hijabs. Also Dont forget to bring quarters, metered parking

Their selections for womens clothing was small.They did have good prices on mens garments (thobes).Book selections were light.

I was just there like a week ago Ramadan was going on and even thought they had to be hungry from fasting they were just as sweet as sweet could be with helping me find and outfit that my husband and i both like and the price was so reasonable and they are VERY kid friendly. My husband was very impressed with the book collection and couldnt decided which book to pick up first!
