The Bensalem p.a store at neshaminy mall has the most helpful employees they go beyond what is asked of them witch inturn anyone who asks me I always send them to that store

Great selection. They had exactly what I wanted in my size. Lots of inventory here. Everybody I saw was wearing their mask including me. The store was neat and tidy. Their selection of work shoes was exceptional and included safety toe models. Their assortment of Puma athletic shoes is impressive. I will be back for my next pair.

Needed sneakers in a hurry managed to get one of the brands i like and size

Shopped in shoe for childs school shoes 8/10/21 size needed was out of stock .Cashier ordered them for me,Never told me about the shipping fee~ was just automatically charged.Was told 3-5 days shoes would arrive.Flashforward, it is now 9/8 school has started & still no shoes. Will never shop here again, total ripoff. Prices are good of you can receive what you paid for.Customer service is a joke, as well.

I enjoyed my experience. The store was well organized and clean. I had no problems at all finding a nice pair of shoes for a reasonable price. I will continue to do my shoe shopping there.

Finally found the Doc Martin Boots Ive been looking for, clean store, well stocked, good customer service, the only minor issue I have is the store doesnt have enough cashiers for lengthy lines, overall, wonderful store and will continue to shop there.

I ordered sneakers off the website in 9/9/21 and it took almost 2 weeks to get to my house even though it was supposed to had been delivered on 9/15/21 never again will I order from them.

I do not recommend this store, as its a waste of time, they may have lots of shoes, sneakers on there shelves but only a few of each style witch means they dont carry many sizes of any style, they need an inventory, again its just a waste of time, and they will tell u we can order it on line, well if i wanted to order it on line i would not be standing in the store, what a joke, with that being said because they did not have my size i opted to order on line while in the store with one of there associates on the store computer, n gess what they did not have it on line lol, did i say waste of my time.

The employees there are willing to help you any way they can, Weather is helping you find the shoes or giving you options Like ordering shoes online if they dont have it on stock. But they should have more what I call “non-permiable”, because some people WALK EVERYWHERE, so if it rains we run. So I saw a lot of running shoes but with the leathery front not so much, very few and boring colors or styles. But for the rest YES! That membership is not bad saved a lot too! I’m happy :) my shoes LOOK nice but I hope they’re efficient. But still for the price 😍❤️, many places is like over 100 for name brand here is a good fair price. So we good :) gracias!

Great customer service but store shelves empty.

I have gotten my last 5 pairs of work boots here usually spending just over $100 for each pair. During my last trip I ask an employee for help stating I needed slip resistant and water resistant boots for work. She showed me my options and I went with a cheaper pair of Lugs on sale for $50. I found out within the first few days the boots were clearly not water resistant so I had to purchase very expensive boots through my companies site. I called Shoe Carnival and spoke with a manager ( I believe Denise ). I told her I was helped by an employee and was told the boots were something that they weren’t. She said well didn’t you read the box? And I explained I just trusted you guys when I was told they were resistant. She said since I wore the boots it was too late. She offered some store credit but I didn’t need the credit - I had already ordered a new pair online and wanted my money back. She said she couldn’t do anything for me since I already wore the boots and that I should have read the box. I will not be going in for the store credit cause I’ll never spend a dollar there again. Horrible customer service. When you mess up you should fix the problem vs terminating a relationship with a customer for life.So I ended up speaking with the store Manager Tre. He told me I need to hold myself accountable. Should have read the box.

Every time we come here theres a problem..this time someone was being picked up for shoplifting. One staff member is usually miserable, which was the case today. But someone finally was helpful, the cashier did apologise but waving the white flag not going back

Shoe Carnival has a pretty good selection of all styles of shoes. The prices arent bad ...but seeing as there isnt a great amount of department stores or other malls in the area this does the job for one stop show shopping .
