The owner is absolutely rude !! If he doesn’t know how to treat his customers why is he working in customer service ! Don’t shop here !

This place is awful. It was my first time going and my last the manager or the owner where super rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I was wondering around the store bc i didn’t know what everything was I ask the cashier for the bread and I couldn’t find so i took what I pay for in my car and came back he said “what, what are you looking for?” I said bread he was said you being on the store three times already and I said no didn’t this is my second time. I couldn’t even believe what he was saying so I walk away I wanted to return everything I already had but didn’t want my time the spend there wasted. I work in costumer services but I have never felt more disrespected on my life do to I’m going there putting my live at risk and wasting my savings. Not worth it.

Very rude cashier and the manager is really rude too. there’s a security guard who’s a woman and she dragged my aunt of the store because my aunt wanted to get her money sent with a certain cashier. she waited in line and followed the guidelines. don’t go here. this place is near my house but I’m never stepping foot into this store again. have fun throwing your customers out the store.

The place is so organized. You dont have to worry about the quality of the meats you purchase from them. The people selling the meats are really cool and awesome as well.

Their newly hired security literally grabbed my mom by the shoulders hard, knocked her against a stand of waters and forcefully pushed her out of the store because she was waiting in line and preferred to wait for the Spanish speaking cashier to be open instead of the Portuguese speaking one.This is unacceptable and no way to test a loyal customer from the neighborhood

I called this placed trying to figure out if they sold a product and what was their price. The lady that answer the phone was extremely rude and when I asked for a manager she said there wasnt one. When I asked if thats how they treat their customers she said o well and hung up. Absolutely rediculous!

People be advised when you go here look at the prices they put a price on the window in front of the meat and then add an extra dollar per pound when they cut your meat or chicken. I never seen a place that gives you prices for the same product. One more thing if you ask the employees who the owner is they lie and give you a fake name and is not Luis and on top they tell you that he is not there .. have u ever went to the butcher and charged you for cutting your meet never ... costumer be very vigilant when buying any products here. Take pictures of the signs and then let them tell you you cant have it at this price even when you know your right. Hope the guy who lied to me gets fired.Staff are advised that when you go to this establishment see the prices well. They put a price on the display case and then add an extra dollar for cutting what you ordered. I have never seen anywhere give two prices for the same product. And if you ask the employees who is the owner they are lying and then say the name of the owner is Luis but then lie and tell you that he is not there. Have you ever gone to a meat shop to order steaks and in the storefront say a price and just for cutting them add you another dollar a pound. Of course not .. take pictures of where it has the price later they tell you that you can not take and you know you are correct because you are the consumer. I hope the boy who lies to me the owner undresses him because he doesnt want to apologize or anything.
