Great experience and amazing work! Vinny and his crew did an awesome job and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The material is beautiful, the cut is clean and the installation was prefect! I absolutely love my countertops and I am extremely happy with the customer service they provided and the quality of work they did. I would absolutely use them again!

Due to water damage in the kitchen I needed to do an entire remodel in which almost everything went wrong. Choosing to go with Element Granite was the exception. I worked with Olivia and she really did a fabulous job walking me through the process. I went with the MSI Quartz, but Element only had a small sample. Olivia suggested I visit the MSI warehouse in Hatboro where I was able to view full slabs and take samples home. (MSI also deserves 5 stars). Vinnie came and did the measurements for the template. Since so much of the remodel had not run smoothly (such as the plumber who showed up at my house on his Harley smelling of booze…), I needed assurances that everything was going to be okay with the countertops. Olivia and Vinnie were very professional and reassuring. The installers were wonderful and all the cuts were perfect. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Element for getting my renovation over the finish line.

I used element for my kitchen countertop (I wish I knew they did kitchen cabinets, but found that out later on). Emily was awesome!! She kept me informed on my project, extremely helpful/knowledgeable and nice. I had issues with the company I used for my kitchen cabinets and was on a tight deadline, Element exceeded that timeline. Their price is was very reasonable too. Extremely happy with my product and experience, highly recommend!

Incredible experience from start to finish with Emily and Vinny! Being able to walk through their warehouse to see the actual countertop we were going to use was fantastic. When Vinny came to examine the countertop space it was neat to see the new technology that they are using ahead of their peers. We really learned a lot from these two and will be using them for all our future countertop projects. Highly recommended!

Stay away as they will give you one quote at first, then they will jack up the price late. I went initially and they told me my price would be $1700 then they change to $2000. Plus when I did the math on how many square foot it looks like they added more SQFT and when I asked why they said because they need to charge me for the whole slab and the lost cutoffs. After that when I said can you give the cutoff pieces so I can use and small bar then tasked for $250 more!!!! Save your money and time and you better go to an honest shop because these guys will give a low per SQTF price then charge you for the loose pieces and they will sell those loose pieces to someone else.

From beginning to end Vinny and Emily were great.They were patient, attentive and made sure I got just what I wanted. Great selection of counters prices were also great. I placed an order on Tuesday and I got the counters installed on friday. Couldnt believe they could do it that quick but Vinny made it happen. Installation was also great they were on time and made sure everything was perfect and that we were satisfied. Please if your looking for granite or quartz Element is the place to go I highly recommend these guys they were awesome.

While getting our kitchen redone, we went to 3 other counter top yards before we found element and I’m happy we did. From start to finish Olivia made everything smooth. She walked me through the entire warehouse for me to find a countertop that was right by the front door. Then from rescheduling our template three different times to bumping up our installation half of a week, they did a perfect job.Our countertops look amazing and will be spreading the word to go to Element.

I cant say enough great things about our experience with Element. We looked at several places for our counters but no one had the selection we found at Element. After we selected the counters we wanted (there were at least 5 we really liked) we shopped around for accessories for our kitchen and ended up coming back to Element and purchased our backsplash and cabinet hardware. Communication throughout the process was great and they were very flexible with scheduling and installing the counters since we had some construction delays, but they worked with us so there were no issues with the counters. The installers were quick, professional and did a great job putting them in. For their sales, support and customers service I would highly recommend Element to anyone.

This place is AMAZING. Best price I could find and I went to a LOT of different locations getting quotes. They went above and beyond with customer service helping to ensure I get exactly when I wanted. The one employee even went out with me, when I was torn between two slabs, and she polished both of the slabs by hand so I could see the details better. I highly recommend this place.

I am very pleased with the service and quality that Element Granite & Quartz had provided me. This place deserves a 10 star rate. I placed a special order, price was reasonable and fair compared to other vendors. My kitchen layout is a difficult one, not the every day kitchen that you will normally find in every home. Other places wanted to over charged for the extra work and also they were not promising to get a perfect fit. But Element Granite & Quartz were able to do a PERFECT job without over charging. They were always on time for all of the appointments. Installation was fast and done very well. They only took 4 business days from the time I placed the order. I will definitely do business again with this company in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

I would recommend NOT to buy this Quartz. It is impossible to keep shiny and clean looking.After 1 month It has scratches, indentions. On the surface, water has caused it to lose its finish.Worry that it will just get worse over the years. It is more expensive than granite. I was told that it would last better and not need the treatment that granite needs.I have many chips both in the middle and on the edges of the counter. It is not durable at all. I’ve had granite before and never had a problem.The customer service from the company is terrible. They do not stand behind the product at all. Very rude too –Big mistake. Don’t do the same, Please!Not recommended at all!

It was so nice to work with Vinny, Emily, and staff to beautify our kitchen with new granite counter-tops. Before going to Element, we researched and visited other granite establishments and were quickly turned off by the salespeople, who were only interested in their own pockets, rather than our needs and wants. I would highly recommend Element Granite & Quartz! From start to finish I learned so much about about all the different types of stones and quality. Yulia was very informative on educating me and would give me her honest opinion regarding all my questions and if there was something she wasnt sure of, she made sure to find out for me. My wife and I visited several other places looking to possibly find something that was identical or similar to the original granite we had chosen at Element for a more reasonable price. No such luck. The granite we chose is absolutely beautiful and wouldnt change it for anything else. Scott came out and measured our kitchen with 100% accuracy, and a couple weeks later came out with his crew to install. I was told that our longest piece of counter top, which is just under 11 feet long, would have to be cut into 2 pieces and seamed in the middle. I wasnt crazy about that idea, but understood it was what it was. When they came to install, Scott told me that they were able to cut the piece as one piece and transport it without issue. The install took a couple hours. Everything went smooth and they left my kitchen pristine and beautiful. Professionalism all around and most importantly, my wife is VERY happy and pleased! BUYER BEWARE....I had approached Element Granite & Quartz about an estimate for a kitchen project as well as other fabricators. We decided to go with another fabricator with whom we had already had a contract with and informed Element of our decision when they called to follow up. Two days later I received an email from Element stating that they had our 2 slabs at the their facility and that I could talk to the manager about pricing. I immediately called Elements as we did not authorize them to take our slabs from Stone Boutique in Delran, NJ. We never signed a contract with Element nor did we leave a deposit. We simply asked for a quote. Element informed us that they bought our 2 slabs as well since they were purchasing a bulk lot of the granite and could get better pricing (at our expense). Meanwhile I called Stone Boutique and they blamed Element stating they did not know. I asked Element to sell the slabs to my fabricator and they would not. Unless you are 100% sure you are using Element, BUYER BEWARE. They will take any information they have and use it against you.

The Element team is super efficient, they get the job done right and they are in and out. Superb Installation and quality service. I love my new Venus countertop.

I would never recommend anyone use this company. The installers ripped my sheetrock walls and attempted to repair with clear silicone. Also the caulk finish was done by someone who must have never used a caulk gun. If I could give 0 stars I would. If there was a way to post pictures I would post them.

Just had our countertops installed and they look Amazing!! The cuts are perfect as well as the finished edge. Everyone was great and professional. They came out only 3 days after stenciling!! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

I must say that I was quite impressed with the renovation of my new kitchen. Being the particular person that I am, that says a lot. Initially I was a little apprehensive regarding the upgrade. I’ve read many horror stories and was plagued with thoughts of, “What if it doesn’t come out right? What if it takes forever?” Needless to say, it was a complete waste of energy. I had my entire kitchen remodeled which could have been a daunting experience. Not only did they exceed my expectations in regards to the outcome, but the work was done so efficiently that I didn’t really have the opportunity to feel completely displaced. The workers were neat, efficient and careful. These guys were easy to work with, hit their timelines, came in on-budget and made the process seamless and enjoyable. They have my highest recommendation. I love my new kitchen.

They came out last spring to install our new Kitchen Quartz countertops as part of our kitchen remodeling project. They were fantastic! A perfect installation by their crew of very nice young men. Awesome experience from start to finish with Element G&Q... I cant think of 1 thing that they couldve done better. I rarely write reviews, but it just wouldnt have been right to skip this one.Let me save you some time if youre in the market for granite or quartz. Just go here! I went everywhere. They carry all the same brands as everybody else. But they also carry their own brand that nobody else has! This is why they could offer the lowest price and fastest service. The whole process took less than a week from purchase to installation (and that was only because there was a holiday weekend involved). They even special ordered me a new quartz slab because I wasnt crazy about the pattern of the one they had in the warehouse.As far as the customer service goes, you couldnt ask for 3 nicer people to deal with. Yulia, Emily and Scott the installer are AWESOME! Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, always available ...and patient. I even had Scotts cell # so I could contact him with any questions before the install. Who does that? LOLBy far, the most pleasant part of my kitchen remodel. Thank you!

Wonderful experience dealing with Yulia and Scott at Element Granite! They fit our templating in the day after I placed my order. They then went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and did the install on a Saturday. Their prices were very competitive too. Pleasant initial experience, but then things went South. Great people in showroom. Very polished and professional. Coordinated delivery of stone with supplier we had chosen in one very smooth operation. Installers were very pleasant, respectful and efficient. I even had the opportunity to work with Yulia to block out the slab for my templates. At this point i felt really comfortable that I was getting top notch service.... One negative (and its a BIG one for me)....They cut my stone too short by about 1/4 inch! The countertop didnt completely cover the cabinets! The gap was way to wide for caulk. Now we have to come up with a piece of backsplash trim to cover the mistake, and install it everywhere to make it look like we designed it to be that way on purpose! Extra work and money for us. The stone is so gorgeous, though. Would i recommend Element? Because they couldnt or wouldnt offer any solution/compensation, etc. for their mistake....I dont think so.

From our first phone call to the follow up email after instal, we couldnt be happier with our choice to use Element Granite & Quartz! We have already sent some else to them and saved them almost half of what that had been quoted elsewhere. Yulia helped us pick out our granite slab. We were there to pick out quartz and were back and forth between quartz and granite. They had beautiful slabs, but the white fantasy granite really stood out to us. Our counter is beautiful. Vinny and the guys came all the way to Wildwood to install it. They were very professional and did a great job. If we get new counters in our Philly home, we will definitely go back to Element GQ.

During the course of the installation I called Element on several occasions and spoke to Emily, she handled all issues and questions in a very professional manor. All phone calls were always responded to within 10 to 15 minutes.Elements install team are skilled professional craftsman. I recently used Element to install quartz countertops in my brand new kitchen and loved my experience with them. They provided me with a great description of how durable quartz is and I left the warehouse with a large sample which came in handy for choosing other finishes in the kitchen. Vinny was very responsive to all my questions and concerns and would be happy to use Element again in a future project. I have gotten so many compliments on my new kitchen countertops!

Of all the contractors that my husband and I have ever worked with, Vinny and his team at Element Granite & Quartz have been the most phenomenal. Within 3 days I had the template of the countertop and the full installation completed. The countertop looks AMAZING. We dont have a small kitchen and still Vinny was able to make only 1 seam. The seam is strategically placed where the sink is to minimize the look of it. Got stains ..They NEVER told me to seal my Granite again after installation! .Spent a lot of money on my countertops,I only had it for a few weeks, I got stains allover my counters!

We ordered our bathroom and dressing room area countertops from Element. The employees at the warehouse as well as those that came to our home were extremely polite, professional and helpful. They took the time to answer our questions. It was apparent that they knew their business. Vinny came up with a creative idea to deal with an tricky décor problem. Installation was fairly quick and went very smoothly. There was very little clean up after the installers left. The countertops look great. We are pleased with our overall experience and will use Element again when we redo the kitchen. One last thing, our new quartz countertops ended up costing us $500 less than the granite we had originally selected at another local business. Best of all - quartz has no maintenance and is non-porous so I dont have to worry about stains.
