This place is permanently closed.The location was great. The staff was even better. I hope they all were relocated to other EMS locations because to me these folks portrayed that they truly were happy doing what they did. They were always helpful exactly as I needed them to be. I would let them know what I needed and they would make recommendations, point out options, and then leave me to make a decision. Thanks.

So excellent. They really help you and dont try to push products on you. They educate you and help you make the best decision even if you walk in knowing nothing. And the people who work there are legit.

Every time I visit, I leave with more knowledge about their gear thanks to the friendly people. Great staff and healthy discounts. Happy that theyre in the city.

Great outlet for outdoor enthusiasts, but the bane is the price. Everything, from gloves to bike flat fixes to bikes, is really expensive. The convenience of the location sometimes makes it worth it.

The staff here is great, very knowledgable and helpful and I always have a great conversation when I come in. Every employee Ive talked to knows their stuff. The gear is expensive but its an outdoors store- for brands like The North Face, Osprey and Black Diamond you have to expect to pay a bit more than Walmart hiking backpacks. The only reason I wouldnt give them 5 stars is because the checkout line takes a long time, even when theres only 1-2 people in line.

I just find this is a pretty wired store, Ive been there twice and those sales person in the check desk seems to be rude and impatient to their customers especially Asian customers. But their stuffs are pretty good.

Wow, awful customer service. Three people were standing at the checkout line when only two people were in the store. no one offered to come over and answer any questions, and when I went to them to ask a question they had no clue. I was prepared to come in and buy something, but after the fact I decided I would rather order online.

Great store for outdoor and camping gear.

It is too bad that it is going out of business.

Prices a little expensive but there are so many things !!
