Its hard to give a decadent chocolate store a bad product review. And most are good at service. But this one . . . better than most. Plenty of people on the floor. Greeted as soon as I walked through the door. Very efficient at fulfilling my order. You could tell who the manager was, and her staff was tuned into what she wanted done. Nice job!

This is my girlfriends favorite chocolate, so I happen to frequent this place a lot. Based on her opinion, this is the place to go. She LOVES the chocolate here. Staff is very friendly & helpful and the store is very clean. I recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone loves chocolate

This store is located at the Shops at Liberty Place. There is a good variety of chocolates here, and also shakes, ice cream, and coffee drinks. The truffles are fantastic. You can try one per month for free if you join their club. Highly recommended for a nice treat for yourself or a really good friend (its pricey, but worth it).

Still the best in chocolate treats! THE ABSOLUTE BEST! The competition isnt even close. I love the chocolate covered strawberries.

We always come here for Valentine’s Day chocs for Mommy. Always a treat. My kids love that we can pick the candy that goes in the box (and the box itself). We spend a good bit of time mulling over these important decisions together, which makes it a special time. Also, they often get a free candy. The staff is kind an patient. The place is small and beautiful. A magical and memorable family outing.

Great service. I wanted to make many custom boxes based on flavors that I saw on their website. Many of them were not available. So I was a little disappointed with.that. But, there were many others to chose from.

Staff is really nice. They helped me with a pre-order for Valentines Day and when the big day arrived, all I had to do was walk in, skip the incredibly long line that was wrapped outside around the store, show them my receipt, and pick up my order. Whole thing took less than 3 minutes. Im so glad they mentioned that was an option when I had stopped in, otherwise I wouldve been stuck on that long line as well.

I called to place an order and have it delivered to the Westin. It was fast, easy and the sales girl on the phone was very nice. The 36 piece chocolate package was delivered to my brother for his birthday within the hour and he said the chocolate was delicious! Thank you Godiva!

Pricey but really good. When shopping here make sure youre willing to put your desire for quality above your desire for quantity.

Best chocolates period! Raspberry truffles and key lime truffles are outstanding. Its a shame this is the only shop in the entire Philadelphia area.

Great little chocolatier in the middle of the bustling concourse that is Liberty Place. It smells delicious and there are too many treats for you not to indulge in. There is a young chocolatier making confections live through the panel windows everyday for passer-bys to gaze at as they rush pass. Did I mention that is smells absolutely mouth watering when you enter??!! They also sell ice creams and coffees seasonally. Treat yourself, you wont be sorry. Great service and chocolate? What more could you ask for?

Very friendly staff. Almost overwhelmed with the amount of chocolate. The chocolatta was okay wasnt really blended well. A bit pricey but good coconut macaroons. Would go again but I heard they were closing. :(
