Took my phone here to see if they could fix a particularly tough to diagnose issue. Great job fixing the cracked glass on the back of my Galaxy 9! Called they said bring the phone down in a half hour, and 20 short minutes later I left with a phone looking good as new, ready to be sent back as a trade in for top $. Employee was friendly and professional, had minimal interaction with him due to Covid, I waiting outside while phone fixed, but most importantly it looks great. I would definitely recommend this place and it only cost $65, compared with $175 for an insurance claim thanks guys!

Had a computer issue and wanted to support a local business. Poor rating due to delay in looking at the computer (required 2 follow-ups to get an eta) then no ability to fix. Didnt know how to restore a hard drive and still charged me $25 to pretend he had skills. Stay away for computer repairs!

He replaced the screen in my backup iPhone 5 for $59. Now I dropped this all the time and it never once cracked. The only reason it cracked this time was bc a 50lb case of food in a plastic container hit it just right. Obviously I was expecting my (practically) indestructible screen back. However no more than 2 days later I dropped my phone from a low height lightly onto my hardwood floor of my apt. Did this allllll the time before. This time...the screen is obliterated. He refuses to refund or refix. It’s a scam.

Please go elsewhere for any phone services. They are very disrespectful and treated several people in the neighborhood terribly. The reviews speak for themselves. They have no respect for the community they have placed their business. There are several places in northern liberties and on girard that have fast, quick service, and are friendly to the neighborhood and great prices.

My experience was great! I got my iPhone 7screen fixed after I dropped it. I was in and out and the price wasn’t bad. I would highly recommend this shop!

Went in on a Saturday for a battery and screen replacement for an iPhone. He told me there was one other repair ahead of me so the wait time would be around 1.5-2 hours....much faster than I had expected! Repair was done in about 2 hours as promised, and the price was very reasonable!

This place is so great. My phone was horribly cracked and my LCD screen was flickering and freezing. I needed my phone fixed asap but every other place wouldnt get the piece for a week. I finally called here and they were able to get the piece in a day. When I went in, he fixed my phone in literally 30 minutes. It looks brand new, I love it!

First and foremost, you should be truthful because there were no customers in the store. You didn’t simply tell me to step away from the counter or to finish my conversation outside the store. You instructed me to leave the store because I called another store to get better prices. It appeared that you were more concerned about me calling another store for better prices than me speaking loudly in the store. It also appeared to me that you were more concerned about over charging customers and insuring that they didn’t get any information for better prices. Did you tell me to leave the store because I called another company or were you upset because I was talking loud on the phone? I will not recommend anyone to your business. You will have a better businesse if you didn’t try to charge people for unnecessary parts.

The short version is I had a terrific experience today with John the employee at iFixit. John greeted me when they opened this morning. He diagnosed the issue, got right to work and assured me that hed be finished in 15 minutes. Not only did he have me out of there in 15 minutes, but I paid less than I thought I was going to(about half what Apple would shake you down for) for a cracked iPhone. I hope I never smash my phone again, but if I do I hope to see John again at iFixit. Thanks John!

Twice now they have helped me out of a big jam. The first was an iPhone battery that another company on Frankford fixed but didnt actually fix. Fixit did the trick. Next they replaced batteries on two samsung tablets. When I told them they were used for a local business and that I was hoping for a quick turnaround, they made it work and got it back to me the next day! I cant thank these guys enough, always refer them, and will continue to use them for years to come. Thank you!

The service offered is to fix a phone. My phone is still broken. Im giving a 2 because he gave me my money back for all but parts. Thats admirable in business these days. But, there would be no review at all if the experience was more pleasant. Go elsewhere for Pixel repairs.

Have had nothing but positive experiences with these guys. First time I went in they replaced my cracked screen and an issue came up that one of the sensors wasnt functioning. I stopped back and they fixed it in a few minutes. Highly recommended.

This guy was great!! I walked in and told him my phone wasnt charging, so he offered to fix port cheaper then anyone. He went above and beyond by changing battery too because my phone still was not working and then figured out that it was another part of the charge port that needed to be cleaned as well. He was super friendly and fixed the phone without any problem!! And only charged me for charge port after trying 5 more more things to fix the phone! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will def be going here anytime my phone as a problem...FOR SURE

Terrible service. I asked for help with a phone security issue. All I was offered was to factory reset. Fine. When I stepped outside, I could hear him talking about me disparagingly! How nasty is that?

IDC what no one says negative about these guys they fixed my galaxy s8 plus brand new screen and they sold me the the actual galaxy screen for Samsung phones not that after market BS! and there prices were much better than other screen replacement prices around the City Strongly recommend anyone if u want your phone fixed to bring it here and they do and excellent job with any of your devices phone,laptops ect.......Great customer service 💯

I went here to have my phone repaired. The screen was cracked and it took him a month because when the phone came back it was still defective. I would have not known if I had not asked him to charge the phone. He had a problem with charging the phone when the phone was charged the screen was still broken. You couldnt see anything on the screen. He then said he would fix the phone again and this time, when I got my phone and my charge went down to 1% the same thing happened. My phone is not fixed. Please do not patronize this store. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I am beyond happy to have found this little repair shop. The owner does the repairs and he is super knowledgeable. I was sure my (slightly olderish) iphone was a goner but he fixed it for only $65 and gave a guarantee. I could not be happier. Thank you Aiden!!

This place was the worse! They first of all overcharged me as well as gave me the complete run around for days and days even guessing what the problem was or could maybe be. And every time I gotten that response i had brought in more of my own parts to replace with than even charged me another $50.00 to see the tech on top of at that point already $150.00+ all to give me back a non working and functional iphone 6s plus. So i really dont recommend this place after this.

They got my surface 3 pro screen replaced very quickly ... but a month later the new screen started acting up similarly to the old one. 14 day warranty.The replacement price was fair and he got the job done quickly. Not sure if there was anything this shop could have done or not but still Im out the repair costs and still have a useless device.

Poor customer service, the staff kicked me out the store and said that I was being rude because I called another store to compare prices. I went to a different store and they only charged me 60 to fix the glass and they were trying to charge me 180 when I only needed the glass fixed and not the screen.

Hit the jackpot with this place. I needed a complex repair done on my galaxy S4 that several shops told me would take weeks and cost over $100, the guy here did it in about a half hour for half the price. This will be my go-to place in the future.
