Friendly and informative staff, great boutique options. The lounge area looks great at a glance but because of Covid it wasnt open. Hoping to one day sit in them comfortable looking leather chairs and smoke a good one.

Bought gift for someone, had absolutely no idea what to buy, shopkeeper was quite helpful and his recommendation went over very well with the receiver of the gift.

I ordered online from Vince. My order got mixed up with someone elses order (I manage a cigar shop, so stuff happens). It just so happened that what was missing out of my order was the last of what they had in stock. Unlike most shops that I have been too, Vince went out of his way to make sure that not only I got replacement cigars, but cigars that are hard to find even though my original order was unavailable anymore. If you order from these guys youre getting nothing but top-notch service, and great products. I would recommend these guys 10 out of 10 times.

This place is really nice! Ive been a cigar lover for the last 10 years and am fairly knowledgeable. Ive been in a lot of cigar places. This one is top notch. Love the house blended cigars at very reasonable prices. Staff know there stuff and are not snobby at all. Very welcoming and friendly. The lounge in the back is fantastic too. BYOB. Could stay here all day.

Wont ever go anywhere else. My husband and I got cigars here for a cigar bar at our wedding. The manager was incredible, he got us exactly what we wanted at a very fair price, had everything ready to go when we needed to pick it up, including matches, cutters, and even threw in a little gift for us! On top of that they always offer military and emergency services discounts and are just overall great people! Highly recommend!!

I recently made a rather substantial purchase with vince at bnb, i forgot to enter the promo code, i immediately called vince and he stepped up and handled it, THEN the package delivery was screwed up by the post office, once again, vince stepped up, jumped through some hoops, we found out it was a post office issue, package was located and delivered, NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE.!! i will have no problem doing business with this fine establishment in the future.!! Thanks vince and bnb cigars, you guys ROCK.!!

Excellent shop. Top of the line selection. Very helpful staff and a comfortable lounge. More variety of Cigars than I have seen in a store in a while.

Ordered products website said were in stock, paid extra for expedite shipping, a week later I emailed asking about confirmation number, informed me they didn’t have what I’d already paid for. Told them to cancel my order. Almost three weeks later got an email about refund. Buyers beware!

I have never had an issue with the staff at BnB Cigars!! I completely disagree with the negative comments. It doesnt hurt that their selection of cigars is also top notch. I highly recommend this place to hang out and enjoy a fine cigar.
