What an amazing boutique selection they have. The service there is top notch!! The best part, right in the city center. Cant wait to go back for my next re-up when Im back in town.Cherry on the top was when I met up a good friend in the shop, total coincidence!!!

Came here so I could charge my phone while I smoked a cigar. The guy helped me find a good one, and he even cut and lit it for me. Never had that at any other lounge.He kept my coffee full while I smoked, and I met all the interesting people who came in. Bought two other sticks to go after that. They have a really great selection.

Great selection, nice atmosphere. The bartender was great and helped me find a new stick to try out. Ill definitely be stopping by anytime I come into the city.

Thus was a cool spot. Its just the right size, good selection of cigars and good vibe. Although they dont sell liquor, the store next door has a good selection of liquid libations to solve that problem if you want something to drink.

Obviously smoke-filled but also a pretty cool place in terms of the patrons. Its very low-key and laid-back, unlike many other spots in the neighborhood, and the employees there are simply courteous and easy going. Also very ample outdoor seating! As well as a downstairs lounge.

It’s a weekly since Cigar has been a tradition for me for a long time. The closing of the week comes with the lighting of the cigar. A clean V cut. The lighting with matches. It is a tradition that I enjoy. Capelli Brothers has the best selection in the entire city with outdoor seating. Not stuck in some lounge. I recommend you come in for a smoke.

My boyfriend and I went here for a gift for his dad who is newly into cigars, I called first and spoke to Ryan, we went and Ryan actually helped us and was so informative and super nice gave us a great deal as well.We got 4 cigars for around $60 and he threw in one free.. they had tons that ranged from $11-up so you can find things in your specific price range!

Visited Philadelphia 2 weeks ago & met a great guy name Ian there!! Also I loved the music that was played. I heard a jam there I hadn’t heard since late 80’s called: The batter ram!

Love this place. Relaxed vibe with very knowledgeable staff and a good mix of people that come through. The owners are truly passionate about the industry and enjoy sharing cigars with the community.

Love this place, nice layed back atmosphere. Only thing I dislike is the location. You have to walk thru gaybourhood to get there if your lucky enough to find parking on the street. I love to come and have a cigar or two after a rough day. Staff is very friendly and courteous. You can BYOB meaning bring your own bottle. And they have late hours, they usually close shop at 2am. They have a large variety of cigars which range in price but start as low as $5.

I went to buy a few cigars as a gift and for myself and the staff was really helpful as Im more on the beginner end and like suggestions they recommended a few and even told me about a deal they were having. Very nice and helpful

Provided nothing besides 4bottles of water and a hookah charged is 80 dollars then said it was cause of beers we drank, which they never mentioned nor served ice or anything at all, terrible staff.

I was walking past Cappelli Brothers when I realized this would be a perfect fathers day gift. Me and my girlfriend went in totally not knowing anything about cigars. Ryan was there and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. We gave him the best info we had and he then picked out 5 great cigars for her father. He explained the history of them and some highlights to why they stand out. Definitely if you want cigars you have to go here! Thanks Ryan

Great little cigar lounge. It has a decent selection of cigars, and also does not mind if you bring your own.Its benefit is its size. It is small-- the perfect place to meet with a few friends and talk while smoking.The staff is awesome. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need.

An all around excellent and welcoming cigar shop. I stopped in on a day off and asked for some recommendations. The guys were very approachable and accommodating. I ended up enjoying a great smoke with my BYO beers and other one of the owners. Super friendly and courteous, always making sure to have my water filled. Also willing to put whatever I wanted on TV if I wasn’t into what on.They do have a bottle opening/corking fee which i didn’t know about until mid way through, though for what i was drinking throughout a smoke it was negligible ($2/beer) i believe it was much more if you’re planning on a bottle of wine or liquor, but they are up front if you ask and willing to cut some slack if your not trying to just sit and drink all day without making at least a purchase or two.Like other reviewers have mentioned, it can be a bit cold in cooler weather as they favor opening the door to help with ventilation. Dress accordingly.All in all, a great shop and i wouldn’t hesitate to return or send anyone their way.

Great atmosphere and really friendly staff. Havent tried any of the cigars yet, but they have a nice selection. The hookah is high quality and packed properly to last a few hours. Good place to sit and hang out for a bit.

This is one of the nicest cigar bars Ive been to in the country...very welcoming, no pretentiousness, relaxing. Michael and Andrew made me feel right at home and will make you a great mixed drink with whatever liquor you bring. A good cigar selection, some boutique brands...let them recommend one for you! 3 days in Philly for me, and 3 visits here...didnt need to look elsewhere!

Loved this place! The guy who runs the place is so sweet and welcoming to everyone. As a woman, you arent always sure how youll be received at a cigar lounge especially on your own. He was so nice and helped me pick the perfect cigar for the night. Best thing is the BYOB Bar!

Very laid back, friendly, BYOB cigar shop/lounge. The bistro tables out front were a nice touch. Nice variety of fair priced cigars. Our airbnb was overtop so we ended each night in that neighborhood there. Awesome.

I actually thought this cigar bar was good but they dont have good Hospitality when you come in there they dont offer you anything to drink unless you ask them and when it comes to you they have bad communication skills and attitudes and I noticed that they only really cater to lawyers attorneys in cops and things of that nature if you are not none of them they will not cater to you we are very Prejudice and Races I will recommend you to go to the cigar shop on 16th and walnut they are way better and know how to treat people

No food, no drinks, just bottled water and hookah. Yet they’ll chRge you for all the drinks you bring for your self without telling you.

Currently my favorite cigar bar in Philadelphia, low key and unpretentious, with friendly staff and patrons. Starkly different than the flashy Ashton Cigar Bar, this one is more aimed at neighborhood folks and has a more diverse feel. Prices are moderate, and their BYOB policy keeps your final tab a lot lower, just remember to stop at the liquor store along the way and bring your favorite spirits, wine, or beer. Upstairs is the U-shaped wood bar, along with a few low tables, downstairs is the lounge which is often rented during the weekends for private parties. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend went in once and asked if they carried a specific blend of tobacco and the employee responded with I might be able to... in exchange for your number. Later, on multiple occasions the same guy has hit on her and her friends as they walked by. So if you dont mind a little sexual harassment then by all means, be their guest!

Amazing staff with a great crowd. One of the best BYOB joints because they actually make some legit drinks with fresh squeezed juices. Cigar selection is solid and hookah is legit. They have this fine and rare cigar that is dope...love it...smoke it

Super chilled byob awesome

They may not be as fancy as Ashton Cigar Lounge, but they more than make up for it with superior service and fair prices. The owners will cut and light your cigars for you and help you pick out the perfect stick. Compared to Ashton, Cappelli Brothers prices are extremely fair (Ashton marks all of their sticks/drinks up by at least 30%). Cappelli also lets you bring outside food, which is great considering Ashton doesnt serve food. The only drawback is there ventilation isnt great. If it gets crowded you will find yourself inhaling a ton of second-hand cigar smoke (which you dont want to do). This means the owners will have to open the door, which makes the bar very chilly in the winter. If only the ventilation was better, this place would be perfect. Still, I will find myself frequenting this place because the service is so stellar.

This is an insanely cool spot. Extremely chill and relaxed ambiance that is rare to find not on your own private couch. Bring a bottle of your favorite spirit and they will mix you one of the best cocktails youll ever try (but really, order the Dill drink with vodka - you will not be sorry). Whether you vape, sit around with a hookah, try a new cigar or just hang out - guaranteed nice time with friends.

Great atmosphere, good staff. Nice cigar selection and fair prices. Its a BYO, so keep that in mind, but it keeps the cost of a visit down, and if you being your own, you know there will be something you want to drink.

The Cappelli Brothers is always very accommodating with their wide selection of cigars and hookah. BYOB and BYOP (Bring Your Own Pizza) as long as its from Cappelli Brothers Pizza which is also amazing. Go visit, sit back and stay a while.

Dont go downstairs: its a neglected mess that needs attention and updating. The ventilation is horribly inadequate and the smoke accumulates badly.Staff is nice enough but they look to nickel and dime you at every turn.There are better places to relax and enjoy your cigar.
